Cancellation is reached when both parties have consent over the termination of the contract. This means the end of the contract effects and the resulting commitments. This, however, relates to the future; therefore, it is not like nullification of the contract. It does not have retrospective impact, and consequently it does not affect the pre-cancellation consequences. This point has been neglected by some and in their explanation of rules regarding provisos after cancellation they maintain that all conditions are nullified including attributes, performance and collateral events. Pursuant to this, the Civil Code in Article 246 stipulates that when a contract is terminated by mutual consent, its terms become null and void, whereas rules regarding and effects of each proviso are different and Article 246 shall not be attributable to all of them. This means that the condition of attribute is not within the prerogative of the said article and hence it is not nullified, but also it returns to the initial owner according to the subject of transaction. The condition of collateral events, due to its certain characteristics, is realized immediately after the conclusion of the contract, thus it cannot be nullified or waived either. In the meantime, only the condition of performance, either negative or positive, is nullified due to cancellation although it leaves behind consequences that are analyzable. Manuscript profile

Jamaspnameh is a treatise that is among the works whose author is unknown. The remarkable and final part of this treatise is related to the resurrection and salvation of Zoroastrians, and in this section, the author quotes the events that occur during the advent of Hoshidar, Hoshidar Mah and Sushyant in Iranshahr from the language of Jamasp. The last two chapters of the book are very similar to Zand and Hooman Yassin. In fact, the oldest semantic tendencies in Zoroastrian literature are consistent with the myths of Goshtasp and Jamasp. The concluding section of the Epistle is about the history of revelatory ideas and their flourishing in the first centuries of Islam. This section lists the turmoil and revolutions that will befall mankind at the resurrection and the end of time. But in Christ and the Fourth Gospel or the Gospel of John, where the writings of a person named St. Paul speak from a different perspective, it is believed that Jesus (pbuh) is a celestial being, he descended to earth and is the one who Can "have the glory of the Father before the creation of the world, and in the Torah and the beliefs of Judaism, as well as the view of the early Christians, Jesus (pbuh) is a prophet, he is infallible and is considered the savior of the Jewish people. The present article with the title "Description of apocalyptic events and events in Jamasb-nameh" deals with the investigation of apocalyptic events in Jamasb-nameh. Jamasab Nameh is a book that describes events and events of the end of time from the language of Jamasab, the wise minister of Ghastasab. Zoroastrians believe that the history of the world lasts twelve thousand years. After the battle between good and evil, evil is defeated and goodness covers the whole world.
