Abstract Learning orientation is an inevitable necessity in the new product development. However, few studies have been conducted on how the learning orientation affect on new product performance through potential intermediary variables. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of ambidextrous capability and organizational agility in the relationship between learning orientation and new product performance. This research is a descriptive survey that was carried out in a field experiment. The statistical population of the research is senior managers and especially research and development managers of knowledge based companies located in Kerman province, of which 180 persons were selected as sample. The tool used is a standard questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The findings show that learning orientation is positively related to ambidextrous capability and organizational agility. The ambidextrous capability and organizational agility also, in turn, are positively related to the performance of the new product. Finally, due to the lack of confirmation of the direct relationship between learning orientation and new product performance, the results confirm the full intermediary role of ambidextrous and organizational agility capabilites in this relationship.   Manuscript profile

Upcoming doubts and challenges of 'growth theory' for development, and its uncertain pathway over the recent decades, have led to the consideration of the theory of 'human development', with guarantees and provisions such as ' development ethics' and 'the right to development', for realizing the advancement that its object is 'humans' and people. Nevertheless, since these pre-mentioned provisions from Amartya Sen’s standpoint ultimately require an understanding and interpretation of the "human" identity, and in the theory of "human development" this argument does not have the necessary theoretical adequacy, this article has attempted to be an intellectual aide by "existential anthropology" and “the human existential right" in the theory of human development. Nowadays, Technology management is one of the most important tools to improve and develope production of goods and services. In recent years due to the accelerating in scientific progresses, many countries adopted technology transferring. This research comparatively studies the usage of effective factors affecting technology transfer. Considering the results of key factors identified by technology transferr process and using the effective factors for the Iranian steel industry a model was proposed to evaluate the technology transfer process in the above mentioned industry.. This paper is conducted to determine the extension of technology transfer matching with the effective factors. Considering successful experiences in implementation of multi criteria decision making (MCDM) methods to analyse the technology transfer projects, this method was used to rank and find the priority of each of the identified effective factors. For the purpose of this study, questionniers where developed to collect the required information. Moreover, the stability of questionnaire was determined by a Cronbach's alpha of 0.95 that can be considered well acceptable. To do the statistical analysis we applied statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) software to perform descriptive methods, one sample student’s t-test, two sample student’s t-test, and mean comparison tests. Finally, some advices have been presented to improve chance of success and effectiveness of technology transfer projects in Iran based on the proposed model and the results of evaluations and analysis. The topic of this research was investigating the impact of these institutions on the development of knowledge-based companies and identifying the key factors resulting in earning competitive advantages by located firms. After reviewing many researches in this field of study, key effective factors were identified and by using the experts, these factors were revised according to the circumstance of our country and placed in a proper framework. The framework consists of four aspects including: “human resource”, “R&D and technology transfer”, “facilities” and “market development” and twelve factors. The framework applied in Sheikh Bahai Science and Technology Park and the results obtained showed that in this park, facilities aspect needs special attention. This aspect had the highest significance in quadruple aspects and was the only aspect affecting Sheikh Bahai Science and Technology Park. Other aspects such as, “human resource”, “R&D and technology transfer”, and “market development” were effects of the aspects. The results of this research show that the development of knowledge based firms located in this park depends on facilities such as financial resources and primary physical infrastructure than human resource, research activities and marketing services. The aim of this study is strategic planning of knowledge-based companies on the basis of SWOT Model. The present study is conducted with an applied purpose and with descriptive-analytical method. It is a field study when data collection is considered. The data has been collected through a questionnaire made by the researcher. The study sample consisted of 228 cooperatives of South Khorasan province of Iran. The data has been extracted using SPSS software and analyzed using SWOT model. The results of the present study indicate that the companies in the cooperative sector of South Khorasan province are in a low level in respect of becoming knowledge-based. Therefore, in the current circumstances, the matching power with indices of becoming knowledge-based for the current status of the surveyed companies is less than 30 percent. Therefore, it seems that educational assessment and planning is needed to promote the knowledge-based indices in cooperative sector of South Khorasan province. It can ensure a promising future for these cooperatives in Iran's 20-year vision plan, resistive economy, knowledge-based products, self-sufficiency, employment, and entrepreneurship. Finally, some suggestions for the cooperatives of South Khorasan province have been presented with regard to the four strategies of SWOT model. Manuscript profile

The Internet of Everything constitutes a comprehensive framework of connections, processes, and principles interlinked within a unified ecosystem. Within this framework, at a higher level, connections have broadened, and more importantly, these connections are comprehended. The present article delves into assessing the status of this innovative technology in two neighboring countries. This study serves as an excellent example for decision-makers and leaders to propel Iran towards a higher level of sustainable development. Meanwhile, Dubai, one of the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, by installing smart infrastructures, employing the unified DubaiNow application for all services (governmental and urban), and establishing a smart city, stands as the sole country among its neighbors to have successfully executed the Internet of Everything. The Internet of Everything has transformed Dubai into a significant economic hub in the region and globally. Conversely, although the Internet of Everything technology has not yet proliferated in Turkey, the foundations, technology, and key concepts have been well-established in the country. This technology, with its specific capabilities across various domains, from smart agriculture and livestock farming to urban traffic management, smart airports, and asset monitoring, has facilitated substantial improvements in infrastructures and services provided in Turkey. The examination results indicate that the orientations of these two countries toward achieving the prospects of this significant transformation have led to increased revenues, reduced operational costs, heightened productivity across various sectors, and positioning them on the path of sustainable development.
