Large and small companies are faced with a significant environmental complexity and turbulent business world. The world is changing at an unprecedented rate due to technological advances. For most businesses, the ability to monitor, identify, and master critical technological skills and technologies is important .In times of economic downturn, technology and innovation can be potent sources of growth as long as the investment and talent are there to drive them. Innovation, creativity and technology are enablers of economic advancement. In this paper, the importance of Innovation, Creativity management and Technology Scouting for organizations in a turbulent environment is explored and it is shown that the winners will be those that react to the crisis by further embracing technology and innovation to find ways to become more productive and competitive. It is shown that sometimes it is better for an organization to put another part of itself out of business rather than have the competition destroy the whole business. Innovation is a team effort and successfully managing innovation teams is an art. The first step toward innovation is the openness of an organization to new ideas and concepts. It is mentioned that managers cannot order creativity; managers can only provide an environment where creativity grows well. An important step is to establish an organizational culture that fosters creativity. As one of the biggest obstacles to fostering innovation and creativity is uptight and rigid people, the paper emphasizes on organizational openness to new ideas and concepts and discusses the ways to achieve this goal with a view to past experiments. Technology scouting is another important factor that can serve as an early warning system. The early detection of new technologies allows an organization time to prepare for or even acquire these technologies before they have a negative business impact on the firm. However, it is important that the process is performed in the right way to guarantee the best possible extent of technology surveillance occurs. In this paper, it is explained that organizations must keep a keen focus on technological areas that could affect the business environment. Overall, it is concluded that for organizations in a turbulent environment, developing an environment that fosters creativity and innovation is an important step in assuring long-term survival. To fail to do so can mean the death of an organization. Manuscript profile

At present Research and Development centers face rapid technology changes. So, these centers are in perpetual search for new methods and tools to serve as a frame for conducting activities of researchers to access innovative solutions for new problems. Systematic innovation (TRIZ) is a creative problem solving technique that firstly has been introduced by Genrich Altshuller. TRIZ has been developed to aid inventors and researchers to accelerate innovations without numerous trials and errors. It is a scientific systematic methodology for defining, analyzing, and formulating solution models for difficult problems. The problem solving through TRIZ consist of four steps: problem definition, tools selection, making solutions, and assessing the solutions. In this paper, we introduce a summary of the TRIZ Tools and TRIZ Problem Solving Process and way of its using on developing capabilities of creativity and innovation and inventive problem solving power in Research organizations and Researchers. Helping to avoid numerous trials and errors without compromise between the two and more than two requirements and solving problems by a different approach using TRIZ is the first difference between TRIZ and other creativity techniques and tools. The accurate understanding of TRIZ and its tools has many advantages for people and organizations in R&D process and solving problems of it. This paper discusses a number of these advantage, too. Abstract Hope and self-efficacy might play a constructive and important role in the sub-stance abuse recovery process and prevention of repeated lapses in the process of therapy. This research has been conducted with the aim of the examination of such a role by comparing hope and self-efficacy of addicts in mainten-ance methadone therapy who were without lapses and those with repeated lapses. This re- search was a causal-comparative design study. The population of the research consisted of all the addicts referred to the maintenance metha- done therapy centers of Khorramabad city in the first half of 1394 (2015). For this purpose, one group of 40 patients with repeated lapses and another group of 40 patients without lap-ses were selected by convenience sampling. They were asked to fill Hope and Self-Effi- cacy Questionnaires. Results of analysis of variance indicated that although the scores of hope were high in these two groups, there was no significant difference between them in this variable, and they were significantly different only in self-efficacy. It could be concluded that, in order to gain positive and maintaining therapeutic outcomes, in addition to high levels of hope, high levels of self-efficacy are also necessary. Manuscript profile

By looking beyond what is often said about the importance and necessity of education and culture in shaping human and society, this article seeks to analyze the other side of culture and education that does not let the pupils to think in other ways of life and prevent them from creativity. Using the concept of "unrealized possibilities", the paper emphasizes on the ways in which culture and education prevent pupils from attention to some possibilities such as freedom and comprehensive development. The main goal of the paper is to answer these questions: How does culture and education restrain human minds from creativity and lead to the unrealized possibilities? How can the unrealized opportunities be realized? The method of critical analysis is used in order to answer these questions. The findings indicate that unrealized possibilities can be realized through providing pupils with cultural intelligence, creativity, meta-cultural vision, active role, and individuality. Today, the word creativity has found a very important role in the literature of urban and regional economics. The creativity of an area becomes a factor to attract people to that area. Also, the phenomenon of migration as an important issue is the concern of many researchers of different sciences; such as economics, sociology, statistics, geography and environment. The reason for the importance of this topic is that immigrants can have different political, economic, social, cultural, environmental, etc. effects on the host society and region. Immigrants who enter a region can bring economic prosperity and capital inflow to a region, or can cause various social and environmental crises. Along with the creativity of the region and migration, the issue of environmental pollution is another important issue in today's world. Therefore, due to the great importance of this issue, in this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of economic and environmental factors on migration, as well as factors affecting environmental pollution in the provinces of Iran. For this purpose, cross-sectional data was used in 2016. Considering the very important relationship between migration and environmental pollution, a model with two equations (net migration and CO2) as a system of simultaneous equations has been designed and estimated with the 3SLS method. The obtained results show that environmental pollution has a negative effect on the amount of migration. The results obtained in this research prove this issue. On the other hand, more immigration to a province, due to the increase in population, causes more pollution in that province. Also, the results show that the provinces that have moved towards industrialization have more CO2 emissions. Manuscript profile

Mohammadsaeed Zabihidan Vahid Kafili Abbas Khosravani Abstract Today, the word creativity has found a very important role in the literature of urban and regional economics.
