        The goal of conducting researches in Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs) is for technological innovation to create new business opportunities, renovation or revolutionizing existing businesses. To do this, RTOs put the technological ideas in the path of technology development and commercialization. To move in this way successfully, the balanced and consistent "scientific-technical" as well as "commercial movement of technological ideas is required. One of the best patterns to balance the commercial evolution with the "scientific-technical" path, which are seen in successful and leading RTOs around the world is establishing "technological business development center". The mission of business development centers in RTOs is to implement the commercialization requirements in the process of technology development and provide consultancy and technical, economic and commercial assistance, regarding their technological achievements to those currently entering the commercialization phase. These services include the fundamental principles of business development based on their technological achievements of their organization and for their potential and current customers. This article first points out the necessity and importance of the technological business development center in RTOs and then presents the definition and functions of those centers in RTOs.         Today, developing and industrial emerging countries attempt to apply effective policies in industrialization process using comparative and competitive advantages in each field of activity. Improvement index of business space is one of the most important indexes, which draws the status of micro-economy activity space. This study is aimed to investigate the factors affecting business growth and development in South Khorasan industries and Mines. By literature review and experts monitoring, 5factors (financial and capital factor, human factor, raw materials factor, production technology factor, sales market factor) and 20 components were identified. Then, using simple random sampling method, 125 managers of industries and Mines sphere were selected and study questionnaire was distributed among them. After data analysis using single-sample t tests and Friedman test, the results showed that external exchange, available capital and product sales market are the most important components in business development is South Khorasan Manuscript profile

        On the macro level, organizations are divided into project-based and non-project-based categories according to the nature and type of work. Project-based businesses have a specific start and end point and end up delivering the project to the owners. Therefore, marketing in these kinds of organizations is very important in order to continue the life of the organization by searching for new projects to produce a product or service. But marketing in project-oriented organizations is highly sensitive with considering the high cost of bidding, the intense competitive environment, the complex and varied technical knowledge and technology. This paper studies the marketing process in the project-oriented organization of industrial projects management of Iran and due to the complexity of this issue and the presence of multiple stakeholders in designing a marketing model for the organization; a soft systems methodology approach has been used. Seven steps of model design using this approach was mentioned, internal and external factors influencing the marketing process by the role of each was introduced, and finally the needed changes such as revising the organization's statute, attempting to obtain the contracting rank in others industrial areas, preparing and approval of a acquisition plan, setting up an independent R&D department, and developing partnerships with technology companies were offered to stackholders to improve system performance and enhance the effectiveness of the marketing process.
