Today, cars are becoming a popular means of life. This rapid development has resulted in an increasing demand for private parking. Therefore, finding a parking space in urban areas is extremely difficult for drivers. Another serious problem is that parking on the roadway has serious consequences like traffic congestion. As a result, various solutions are proposed to solve basic functions such as detecting a space or determining the position of the parking to orient the driver. In this paper, we propose a system that not only detects the space but also identifies the vehicle's identity based on their respective license plate. Our proposal system includes two cameras with two independent functions, Skyeye and LPR cameras, respectively. Skyeye module has function to detect and track vehicles while automatic license plate recognition system (ALPR) module detects and identifies license plates. Therefore, the system not only helps drivers to find suitable parking space but also manages and controls vehicles effectively for street parking. Besides, it is possible to detect offending vehicles parking on the roadway based on its identity. We also collect a set of data that correctly distributes for the context in order to increase the system's performance. The accuracy of proposal system is 99.48% that shows the feasibility of applying into real environments. Manuscript profile

Copying, collecting and compiling poems of poets in previous centuries was done in several ways. Sometimes the poet wrote his poem in his notebook during his life and over time, and after his death, that notebook remained the same. Sometimes the poet himself would collect his poetry collection and arrange it according to his own taste. Sometimes his friends and supporters compiled his poetry collection after his death, and sometimes in later centuries his poetry collection was compiled by a scribe according to himself taste. In each of these methods, the order of the poems (especially the sonnets) has been specific. In this research, we intend to deal with the methods of arranging poems in the books of poets and see which method is more logical, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The results of this study show that the alphabetical order of the poetry collections is by no means based on stylistic studies and research related to the evolution of Iranian thought and art, and the best method is the way in which poetry books are compiled today. Background: Cell adhesion molecules mediate leukocyte responses to inflammation. The purpose of study was to the effect of aerobic training and probiotic intake on ICAM–1 in rats with fatty liver. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 32 rats (200-250 gr) were randomly divided into four groups (healthy control, steatosis, steatosis + probiotic, steatosis + probiotic + training). To create a fatty liver model, tetracycline at a dose of 100 mg / kg in a volume of 1.5 cc was gavaged daily for two weeks. The training program includes 8 weeks and 5 sessions per week, in the initial week with a speed of 18 meters per minute, time started 10 minutes and every week quickly, 1-2 meters per minute and time was added to 10 minutes. Supplemental groups received 109 CFU / ml of Lactobacillus ramensus by gavage daily for 8 weeks and 5 days per week. Liver tissue samples were taken to examine the expression of ICAM-1 gene. 10 ml of blood was collected from the hearts of rats for ALP testing. The data was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) p05/0≥. Results: The results showed that the aerobic training along with probiotic consumption significantly reduced the expression gene of ICAM-1 and ALP in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver. Conclusion: It seems aerobic training combined with probiotic consumption improved the expression gene of ICAM-1 and ALP enzyme in the studied samples which can be effective in treating patients with fatty liver disease Manuscript profile

Background: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on adiponectin and AST, ALT, and ALP enzymes in obese and overweight boys. Materials and Methods: Subjects were 22 boys aged 12-14 years old, who were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Experimental group: mean weight 80.08 ± 16.08, Vo2max was 36.56 ± 2.49, and BMI was 30.27 ± 5.9 and control group: mean weight 67.91 ± 7.95, and Vo2max was 44.4 ± 2.75, 38 and BMI of 60.26 ± 6.3. The experimental group performed eight weeks of HIIT training with 80% HRR intensity at 10 turns of 60 seconds, with 60 seconds rest on exercise bikes for 3 days a week. Blood samples were taken 24 and 48 hours before and after the training, ANCOVA was used for data analysis using SPSS 21 software at a significant level (p <0.05). Results: The results showed that HIIT reduced the levels of Adiponectin and AST and ALP enzymes, but this was not significant (P≥0.05). This exercise also reduced ALT and fat percentage and increased Vo2max in subjects, with changes in all three variables significant (P≤0 / 05). Conclusion: It seems HIIT can reduce the percentage of fat and ALT enzyme in children, which can help prevent many metabolic diseases. Also, HIIT can play a role in liver health in overweight and obese children. Manuscript profile

Considering the fact that customer loyalty is regarded as one of the most important concerns of hotel managers, this study sought to investigate the influence of human resources management activities on customer loyalty using a multi-level approach. The statistical population of the study comprised of managers, staff, and customers of four-star and five-star hotels in Mashhad. Moreover, the statistical sample size of the research at the organization level consisted of thirty-four, one-hundred and forty, two-hundred and forty managers, staff, and customers at organizational, staff, and customer levels, respectively. On the other hand, Sam’s 12-item questionnaire (2008) and the 17-item questionnaire developed by Al-Rafiei et al. (2013) were used to measure the human resources management activities and the staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, respectively, whose validity and reliability was tested using the Content validity method and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. Finally, HLM 7.02 and the SPSS software were used to analyse the collected data. The results proved the positive influence of human resources management activities on the staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, and in turn, on the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers. Therefore, it could be argued that hotel managers can increase the loyalty of their customers by emphasizing human resource management activities and improving their staff’s satisfaction and loyalty, which would increase the profitability of hotels in the long term by reducing marketing costs.
