        The aim of this research is analyzing the skill training needs of the east Azerbaijan based on land-use planning in industry sections. This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population of this research consists of managers, planners and experts involved in industry sections of the east Azerbaijan. At first, 132 training needs have been extracted based on land-use planning. Afterwards, a training needs assessment form has been designed, which it consists of six-answer questions based on Likert's spectrum. The adaptability of these training needs to the labor market needs have been assessed based on experts' opinions. Finally, these skill training needs have been ranked basis on the questionnaire results quantification (based on the Likert's spectrum), and the scores obtained for each educational needs.         In order to achieve the goals of real and sustainable development, every society needs the interaction and continuous action of two scientific and technical institutions that are formed in the form of universities and industry. Due to the organic relations of these two institutions that form a single system, a violation in each of them causes a violation in the whole system. The present study tries to identify the challenges and barriers of the relationship between industry and academia from the perspective of industry managers and university professors with an interpretive approach. The research approach used is qualitative methodology and ethnographic method has been used to conduct research operations. The data of this study were collected using participatory observation, semi-structured interview technique and document analysis and then combined using triangulation technique. The sampling method used in this study is qualitative-purposeful sampling and using the theoretical saturation index, 15 university professors and 10 industry managers were interviewed as a research sample. Their attitudes and views on the challenges and barriers to communication between industry and academia were examined. The main findings of this study using contextual theory include categories such as weakness in context and support, lack of knowledge and skills, lack of efficient management system, reluctance to communicate, lack of appropriate culture and beliefs, inflexibility of structure.         انتخاب نوع درون¬مایه داستان¬های کودک و نوجوان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. آنچه از روزگار گذشته تا اکنون در داستان¬های کودکان دیده می¬شود، درون¬مایه¬های اخلاقی و تربیتی است. این نوع درون¬مایه¬ها دارای پیام¬های ارزشمندی هستند که کودک را در رشد و تعالی اخلاقی یاری می¬دهند. کودک امروز علاوه بر مسایل اخلاقی و تربیتی، به آموزش مهارت¬های زندگی نیز نیاز دارد. هدف این جستار بررسی و تحلیل درون¬مایه¬های تربیتی، اخلاقی و مهارتی داستان¬های منتخب کودک ایران و جهان است. روش تحقیق به صورت تحلیل محتوا و شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات نیز اسنادی و کتابخانه¬ای است. آثار بررسی شده از داستان¬های منتخب کودکان و از انتشارات کانون پرورش فکری کودک و نوجوان هستند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که با بررسی درون¬مایه 45 داستان منتخب از 30 نویسنده کودک ایران و جهان، درون¬مایه¬های تربیتی و اخلاقی و مهارتی به ترتیب بیشترین کاربرد را داشته¬اند. شیوه ارائه درون¬مایه در اغلب اثار بررسی شده به شکل غیر مستقیم بوده که از ویژگی¬های مثبت داستان¬ها به شمار می¬رود.         Skills training is an essential element for the development of human capital and achieving the goals of sustainable development of the land. This type of training has a special place in the private and public sectors. On the other hand, the acceptance of the training provided by the responsible organizations is an important issue that leads to the sustainability and continuity of skills training and on the other hand leads to improving the performance of responsible institutions and organizations. In this research, an attempt was made to plan and plan with a new approach, ie combining strategic attitude with market-oriented policy, development of skill, technical and professional training in South Khorasan province. The results of the research confirm that in areas where South Khorasan province has the potential of natural environment (such as mines), the lack or lack of skill training can also be seen. This issue has been exacerbated due to changes in the current economic and social environment of the country and the region. Also, part of the skills, technical and professional training that has been done so far in the province, was not in line with the real needs of society and did not lead to the necessary results.         According to the objectives, this research is an applied-developmental research. From a data gathering perspective, it is integrated. Interaction analysis method was used to collect, analyze and combine quantitative and qualitative data. The analytical research method was identified by analyzing the research literature related to the global trends of technical education development. From the point of view of educational experts, a group of 30 experts and experts in formal technical and vocational education, with a forward-looking and strategic perspective, with judicious and purposeful sampling, the most important global trends in technical and professional education development. Summarized and summarized the opinions, 22 trends were finalized. Then, the interaction effects, the effectiveness and impact of these trends were estimated.         Entrepreneurship and its competencies are the essential antidotes to dealing with a weak economy and its unpleasant consequences. The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the influencing factors in the entrepreneurial qualifications of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences lecturers. The researcher chose an applied and cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-survey strategy, and the literature and background of the research were collected through the library method and the primary data through a questionnaire. The researcher has collected it online. The statistical population included lecturers of the University of Applied Sciences, who estimated a sample size of 250 people using Gpower software and selected 221 samples using a simple random sampling method as the unit of analysis, and finally, after the screening, 221 samples were selected using variance-oriented structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS3 software. 3 has been analyzed. The findings of the research show that practical knowledge qualifications do not have a significant effect on professional skill qualifications, but attitudinal qualifications have a positive and significant effect on professional skill qualifications. Applied knowledge competencies have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial competencies. Also, attitudinal qualifications have no significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications, and professional skill qualifications have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial qualifications.         In today's era, human resources are an integral part of various organizations, businesses and industries on their way toward their goals. With the advent of growing start-up and online businesses, competition in this field have increased and there is a need for such businesses to adapt, harmonize and synchronize employees with the latest level of skills, innovations and technologies available internationally. This seeks to fill in the employees’ skill gap. And reverse coaching is one of the potential tools provided to speed up and facilitate it. In the same line, this article aims to present a model of reverse coaching in start-up businesses with the approach of improving the skill gap of human resources. In terms of the research approach, the qualitative method, especially the foundational data theory method, was used. First, the researcher prepared an interview protocol based on the dimensions and components obtained from the theoretical foundations and background of the research, and then through the data theory method of the foundation, 15 managers, entrepreneurs and owners of start-up businesses were interviewed. These 15 individuals were selected purposefully until reaching theoretical saturation. The results of the research showed that the causal variables fall into two main categories, including managerial and organizational arrangements. Background variables include two categories of information and communication infrastructure development and strategic analysis of the business space. The key variables include the categories of coaching, improving the skill gap; intervening variables include the category of positive stimuli, controlling stimuli and negative stimuli; strategic variables include individual creativity, extending justice and negation of discrimination, participation-oriented in the organization and organizational knowledge management, and outcome variables include arming creative employees, being equipped with efficient and safe systems, and becoming a learning organization.
