The purpose of this study is to find the metaphysical alphabets and suppositions in political thought of Machiavelli; the alphabets which have root in his political thinking and his special status in West Political Thought. In spite of considering Machiavelli thought as the pure realism and to give him titles like the founder of political realism, and to bring him to the threshold of Political positivist (the start of New Era) by many thought scholars, this writing is to show that the empirical reflections of Machiavelli about Politics is under effect of categories which are mainly theological remained from past eras and its strings can be seen in his thought too (like other Renaissance Humanists). It is attempted in this article under three subjects, i.e.: the seminal principle, the connection between Fortuna and Virtu and Belief in Deliverer(Saviourism), to make the theological roots of political thought of Machiavelli clear and propose a theological reading from it. 2 - A New Method for Performance Evaluation of Wind Turbines and Wind Farms Using Extended Capacity Factor – Case Study of Manjil Wind Farm

Nowadays, with the increasing share of wind power in electrical energy sector, performance evaluation indices are of great importance. Such indices can lead to optimal utilization of invested capital and effective development of existing wind farms. Despite having some of the required characteristics, the capacity factor based on traditional definition has some limitation. This study aims to extend the concept of capacity factor and presents a comprehensive formulation in order to calculate this index using measured and simulated data for one turbine, all turbines connected to a feeder or a busbar, and all turbines of a wind farm. This formulation also provides a framework for calculating the capacity factor in various time periods (annual, seasonal, monthly, etc.) and different time slots (all hours, special hours, hourly, etc.). As a case study, performance of the installed wind turbines in Manjil wind farm is investigated over an operation period using both measured and simulated data. Performance evaluation of the farm is also carried out with a newer variable speed type. Moreover, capacity factors of the feeders, busbars, and the entire farm are calculated using the turbines simulated data as well as measured data of the feeders over an operation period, and various results of exploring the obtained capacity factors are presented. Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of newly presented method for the performance evaluation of wind turbines and wind farms based on extended concept of capacity factor. 4 - The role of saviorism in overcoming the crisis of meaning in the modern era

The materialistic and mono-material view of the world and man may be the solution to the material problems of man in the present element, but there will be additional problems in the field of meaning and giving meaning to life, which is far more problematic than material deficiencies, so that the crisis It creates a bigger one called "crisis of meaning". Because the advancement of technology takes the world towards becoming a global unit and brings it to globalization, and this issue changes and transforms the society with the light of spatial distances, cultures and identity, which results in the confusion of modern man. On the other hand, a careful examination of the holy texts in religions indicates that all religions, both monotheistic and non-monotheistic, have the motivation and mission of globalization in the content of their teachings, and this globalization of religions is different from the globalization of modernity, which The saviorism component creates a hopeful view of the future. So paying attention to saviorism and focusing on this thought has an influential role in facing the crisis of the meaning of the modern era and draws a bright future for humanity. But only a hopeful look at the future is not enough and it requires a proper examination of the belief in saviorism in order to prepare the foundations for the globalization of religions with a correct understanding of this issue and prepare the ground for the emergence of the savior of the end of time.
