The lands in cities are areas for urban development and infill development is the process of optimization of land use. Planning and growth management by infill development policy, compare with other growth policies is closer and more consistent to sustainability. In this paper, we are going to study capacities and necessities of infill development of Tehran, by means of descriptive analytic and by use of documentary data. Findings indicate Tehran has the capacity of development and subsequently ready to growth management and special rearrangement via infill development. More than 18000 hectares of lands with infill development capacities that occupied 30% of city areas and 52% of vacant spaces and areas with developmental goals and high availability along with distribution and increment process, from east to west and north to south, makes possible not only physical growth management, but also facilitate spatial rearrangement to balance of inequality among regions and city zones by means of the policy of infill development and topical and local capacities. Redevelopment of north ,east and south areas, new development of west area and revitalization of central area, are general strategies of infill development in Tehran. Manuscript profile

Islam has brought us an Islamic-divine perfect and comprehensive worldview based upon Quran and Hadith. It asks from human beings to have an ethical life to attain to their ultimate meaning in their relations with themselves, with God, with others and with Nature. These human beings, i.e. those who have faith and well doings, have the gospel of a proper life. In this paper we try to show the good deeds that a well doer believer should perform in relation to the Nature to reach to felicity- a real and original life- in other world. In our view there is – in contrast to this kind of view to life and Nature- another world view that is atheistic and corporeal which have made a humanistic view centered on egoistic desires and this has led to suppress the Nature- a place that is considered as an ultimate end for human life. We believe that an ethics based on Quran to keep the Nature safe would 1- cancel this kind of materialistic view and 2- with considering Quranic observations abnormal deed would disappear and 3- perfectness of Islam would be shown Manuscript profile

In this thesis we try to study the good life from positive psychology and Islam points of view and try to compare these two views through descriptive-analytical method. For positive psychologists Good life has discussed from two approaches: hedonism and eudemonia. Nowadays, positive psychology has a eudemonic approach to the good life and concentrate on the individual virtues. It has some levels for the life and those one who pass those levels have reached to the good life. The thing which is necessary for passing the levels to reach the good life is taking benefit from all the potential faculties and capacities. Good life from Islamic point of view is discussed in the vaster realm in comparison with positive psychology. From Islamic point of view the life of human beings has two levels: world and hereafter which have very close relationship with each other. The good life in the Islam has a root in the salvation and it is evaluated with it. But the appearance of whole causes of the worldly salvation and the good life of the hereafter will occur in a certain period which called the reappearance era. Manuscript profile

We all clearly know the educational role of believing in the world after death and understanding its issues. Therefore, all divine religions discuss about resurrection after talking about monotheism. An issue related to the world after death is the intermediary world to which men enter after meeting their determined death and experience a new life called intermediary life. The main question is whether all people of intermediary world re-experience death. Supposing that there is kind of death in intermediary world, do all creatures including men, angels and jinn experience it, or is a group immune from it? Contrary to most interpreters who deny death in intermediary world and exception of a group from such a death, the present paper analyzes the related Quranic verses, uses relevant hadiths, and tries to prove that in addition to this worldly death which is related to all creatures in the natural world, men and immaterial creatures such as angels experience death in the intermediary world, resurrect and depart toward the Resurrection, except a group of saints who are immune from the death in the intermediary world and its hardships. resurrection and afterlife are two main principles of Islamic belief among Muslims. This principles are of such a paramount importance that non-belief in them leads to infidelity and exclusion from Islam. The immateriality and immortality of soul form the foundation of resurrection. Before Mulla Sadra’s time, Resurrection as well as the type and quality of afterlife had been discussed from the perspective of Kalām and as one of its sub-branches dealing with soul, its mortality and immortality after death. Mulla Sadra discussed the afore-mentioned points from philosophical viewpoint and somehow links them to the Movement on the Transcendence of Human Soul as well as its powers and perceptions. He holds that partial perception takes place after death through imagination. Imagination power remains attached to soul after death. Thus, in the present study attempts are made to discuss this principle and the views of the philosophers in this regard. Manuscript profile

Without a proper definition of the right way of “living”, we can not talk about the good form of “housing” and the desired quality of “living space”. The research hypothesis is that “living container” and “lifestyle” have a reciprocal effect. Man’s life includes his fourfold relationship with “God, self, others and nature”, which, if based on Islamic teachings, can be said to have been achieved by the Muslim way of life. And “architecture” has the attribute of “Islamic” to the extent that it facilitates it. The aim of this research is to achieve principles for such “architecture” on the scale of “residential complex”. The research question is “What principles should we follow in designing a residential complex that lays the groundwork for an Islamic lifestyle?” To find the answer On the one hand, during conceptual modeling, nine key components of a residential complex were explained. Then, during library studies and content analysis methods, different approaches to “Islamic housing” were categorized and analyzed in two ways: “quantitative and qualitative”. From the third path, the characteristics of the Islamic way of life were obtained from the point of view of Allameh Javadi Ameli - as an Islamologist based on research; accordingly, the residential complex includes four main areas: “housing, roads, service space and green and open space”. The result of the research is the achievement of “design rules” of each of these nine elements that make up the residential complex, which is expressed in the form of “negative and positive principles”. In the current situation of the country, where due to the people’s need for housing, the policy of the “National Housing Production Movement” has been proposed by managers, the achievement of this research can be the guiding principles in designing a residential complex for designers. It should also be a basis for teaching architecture and training architects, especially in the course “Residential Complex Design” (Design 5). Manuscript profile

In this study, the issue of urban in particular Tehran city has been investigated from a sociological aspect. The problem of the city for the Iranian sociology, is taken for granted and its non-realization needs review and analysis. Therefore, the present article tries to understand why Tehran city is not an issue for social scientists and sociologists. Evidence indicates that Tehran city has been raised as a bureaucratic issue for politicians and as a political issue for intellectuals, and this view has led sociologists to look at the city as a function of politics and pathology. The study is documentary-library one with a historical approach. The results from investigating and conducting the historical studies show that during several historical periods, as the techniquecal and bureaucratic point of view, Tehran has been an issue for the governments and as a political approach has been an issue for intellectuals. The city has been the setting and moaning place of the governments; but, during each era, the social well-being of Tehran city and her social endure bore no significance. Neither, the issue of the city had a culprit in the thoughts and ideas of the intellectuals, whether left-wing or right-wing, whether poets and people of literature or philosophers. Their concerns were for the culture, the civilization and the government. Therefore, a city, like Tehran, suffers from the issue of the ignorance by the social scientist that might want to have a discussion on the relationship between the urban social living and the urban living. Hence, if we also consider the social sciences and the sociology along the intellectual movement, Tehran City has not been their issue so that most of the conducted social studies on the realm of urbanism used a pathologic approach and were dedicated to the city body rather than to the requirements of the urban life and the urban social living and their respective influential factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the main factors, stages, and goals of self-knowledge-based education in Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life. The method of the present study is descriptive-analytical and deductive inference. What is the meaning and position of these research questions that self-knowledge has in Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life? And what are the educational factors related to self-knowledge, based on Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life? Using the descriptive-analytical method, and the question of what are the goals and stages related to self-knowledge, based on Allameh Jafari's theory of rational life, was investigated and answered using the deductive inference method. Studies have shown that consciousness, nature, agency, rationality, and the divine self are factors that are important in self-knowledge education in the theory of rational life; Accordingly, the basic goal of education is perfection (nearness to God) and its basic principles are at level 1: rational life and at level 2: self-knowledge; And the three stages of training are liberation (liberation), freedom (redemption) and authority (delegation). The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of intellectual life in Plotinus' grace-oriented approach in order to infer the methods of intellectual education in response to the challenge of marketization of knowledge in education today. The present study is a qualitative research using conceptual analysis and practical analogy of Frankna. Inference of methods in the form of practical deductions consists of a normative premise indicating intermediate goals or principles of education, a factual premise that expresses the techniques and methods of achieving education goals, and a conclusion being a normative recommendation of a method to achieve educational goals. The results of this study showed that the methods of rational training based on existential change included benevolence, activism, and methods based on epistemological transformation including rational and intuitive reflections and the method of insight and introspection and methods based on moderation and practical wisdom included the practice of wisdom and self-purification. Therefore, knowledge with the focus on true rationality and by applying the methods extracted in Plotinus' thought has the capacity to resist the phenomenon of commercialization of knowledge in education today. These methods can be used as a tool against the manifestations of instrumental rationality such as wealth-centered thinking, cultural industry, superficiality and power-centeredness. Introduction: Molecular science has an important role in the conservation and stability of animal species. Biology conservasion is essential to identify populations decline to implement adequate restoration programs. Despite molecular developments, there are many studies in this field to better understanding molecular merkers. Objective: In this study, the genetic markers were examined that were used in more than 100 Persian and English articles. Materials and Methods: Sources were selected from studies in the field of conservation biology, biology, molecular ecology, molecular markers and other related topics to provide a clearer model of each marker usage in the field of conservation biology. Results: In general, each molecular marker is not limited to one case, but there is a clear relationship between the characteristics of each marker and the maximum usage in many cases. Discussion: However, selecting the adequate marker in a wildlife conservation study the following steps are suggested: 1) study the species 2) Check the problems scale 3) Characteristics of molecular markers. Also, considering the mutation rate and the variability degree among nuclear and mitochondrial markers has a role in selecting of adequate marker. But in order to obtain accurate genetic and ecological information in conservation biology, the principles of population genetics and molecular evolution require more comprehensive education; By comparing molecular results with other sciences and quality control of the sequenced gene, more reliable results were obtained in the field of genetics and conservation. Social networks have become one of the most important decision-making factors in organizations due to the speed of publishing events and the large amount of information. For this reason, they are one of the most important factors in the decision-making process of information validity. The accuracy, reliability and value of the information are clarified by these networks. For this purpose, it is possible to check the validity of information with the features of these networks at the three levels of user, content and event. Checking the user level is the most reliable level in this field, because a valid user usually publishes valid content. Despite the importance of this topic and the various researches conducted in this field, important components in the process of evaluating the validity of social network information have received less attention. Hence, this research identifies, collects and examines the related components with the narrative method that it does on 30 important and original articles in this field. Usually, the articles in this field are comparable from three dimensions to the description of credit analysis approaches, content topic detection, feature selection methods. Therefore, these dimensions have been investigated and divided. In the end, an initial framework was presented focusing on evaluating the credibility of users as information sources. This article is a suitable guide for calculating the amount of credit of users in the decision-making process. Manuscript profile
