The sample of study was 234 employees of the National Iranian Drilling Company who were selected using stratified random sampling. In this study, was used standard questionnaires such as personality characteristics (NEO), job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, & organization-based self-esteem, & for analyzing data, was used Path Analysis Method. The research model test showed the good fitted of the model. Examination of the direct effects indicated that conscientiousness & agreeableness have a significant & positive effect on task performance, organizational citizenship behavior, & organization-based self-esteem, & organization-based self-esteem has a significant & positive effect on task performance, & organizational citizenship behavior. Also, the indirect effects test showed that organization-based self-esteem has mediating role in the effect of conscientiousness & agreeableness on task performance & organizational citizenship behavior. Accordingly, with regard to variables such as conscientiousness, agreeableness & increase of organization-based self-esteem, the rate of task performance, & employees’ organizational citizenship behavior could be increased. 2 - Effect of multi-walled carbon nanotubes to improve hydrocarbon wells annular clearance space

Some important problems such as friction, stuck pipe, slow drilling rate, high torque and drag, lost of materials, density variation of mud can be happened due of poor hole annulus and cuttings down falling that induce expensive drilling. Various drilling fluids have been widely used in the wells drilling to improve lifting capacity of drilled cuttings. In this paper, the experimental results have been studied that conducted on effect of Multiwall Carbon Nano tubes (MWNTs) as additives for lifting capacity of water based mud. The effect of Useful parameters such as amount of MWNTs used, cutting size and mud annular velocity on the drilling fluid cleaning capacity have been studied. The results show that lifted cuttings increase as the amount of MWNTs added increases. MWNTs associated with water based mud displays the stability against base mud since surface forces easily balance the gravity force and attached to drilled cuttings, resulting in increase of drag force acts to drilled cuttings and easily lifted cuttings to the surface. The MWNTs also will improve viscosity which will significantly increase carrying capacity of the mud. For small and medium cuttings, the improvement relatively simplified compare to the big cuttings. 3 - در این مقاله به بحث وبررسی تکنولوزی حفاری با لیزر که اساسی ترین جایگزین برای حفاری دورانی می باشد ،پرداخته می شود ما ابتدا با تاریخچه کوتاهی از آزمایشاتی که قبلا در موسسات دیگر انجام شده است می پردازیم .در ادامه با ذکر پارامتر های موثر بر روی کاهش مقدار انرزی مخصوص سنگ ودر نتیجه افزایش مقدار سرعت حفاری ف به بررسی این موارد خواهیم پرداخت .موضوع دیگری که در این آزمایش به آن اشاره خواهد شد ،تاثیرات لیزر بر روی سرعت حفاری ،هزینه های حفاری وهم چنین محیط زیست می باشد .ودر آخر با داده هایی که از آزمایشات مختلفی که در طی این تحقیق بدست آمده است اثبات خواهد شد که این نوع حفاری نوین می تواند جایگزین مناسب ومقرون به صرفه ای به جای حفاری دورانی باشد .حفاری با لیزر یکی از راه کار های موثر ومناسب جهت حفاری وعملیات مشبک کاری سازند های سخت ومتراکم با عمق زیاد می باشد .یکی از مزایای استفاده از لیزر جهت حفاری چاه های نفت وگاز ،توانائئ کاهش مدت زمان حفاری می باشد .در حفاری با لیزر به جهت تماس نداشتن با سطح سنگ در حین حفاری وجلو گیری از توقف حفاری برای تعویض مته ، در مدت زمان حفاری صرفه جوئی عمده ای صورت خواهد گرفت .

Next, we will discuss about effective parameters on reduce specific energy thereupon increase rate of penetration. Stress has been put on the effect of laser drilling on rate of penetration, drilling costs, and waste management that we discuss about these things in this research. Finally, experiments show that this advanced laser drilling technique can be efficient and economically for exchange with current rotary drilling. Laser drilling is found to be more efficient way to drill and perforate wells through hard rock formations encountered at greater depth. One of the major advantages of laser drilling is its potential to reduce drilling time. Laser cut drilling time reduced by not contacting the rock, eliminating the need to stop and replace a bit. The aim of this study is to evaluate of mud loss of the Sarvak Formation (Cenomanian age) in Azadegan oil field which is known as the most important rich hydrocarbon reservoir in the Zagros region by providing the model in the environment of GS+ software. This formation consists of a thick sequence of limestone and clay limestone layers, which is divided into 7 zones based on petrophysical characteristics. For this purpose, available data such as drilling mud weight, pump pressure, mud loss, and related depths of 9 drilled wells were investigated. The results showed that despite of the operating factors including the weight of drilling mud and the pressure of the pumps were kept constant, the presence of fractures in the reservoir rocks causes to occur mud loss significantly in zone 3 while it is observed the lowest level of mud loss in zone7. Based on the results of mud lost data patterns, faults, sedimentary environments morphology (such as sedimentary channels) seem to play major roles in creating fractures or areas susceptible to mud loss. The difference in observed patterns of mud loss is more likely to confirm the relocation of channel status over the time in different parts of the reservoir. In general, the highest rate of mud loss was detected in the northern and southern edges while the lowest rate was happened in the middle part of the field. It is suggested to prevent mud loss hazards in this field, underbalanced drilling method should be used. Manuscript profile -

The safety officer is appointed as the supervisor and controller of the operation and compliance with the provisions of the bylaws and other bylaws approved by the High Council for Technical Protection. Underground work environments have specific and unique hazards in which active personnel must be aware of these hazards. These accidents must be identified in the workshop safety plan and the necessary predictions made. Roofs, walls, and worktops on different fronts of the tunnel should be inspected regularly. All access routes and unauthorized entrances in underground tunneling operations must be securely blocked and marked with warning signs. It is necessary for the employer to provide and provide a reliable and appropriate communication system during tunneling operations and in case of emergency; Also, before starting any shift, the correct operation of the communication equipment must be ensured. Workers' protection is essential to prevent the risk of landslides when installing consolidation and maintenance systems. The support system assembly must be installed in such a way that the support support is strong enough to prevent the anchor from entering due to ground pressure and not to leave its place; Predicting the rapid installation of lateral restraints between adjacent maintenance equipment is essential to ensure greater strength and stability. Developing and presenting accurate and efficient safety regulations for tunneling workshops is essential. Observance of safety principles and regulations in underground workshops, in addition to reducing the risks that threaten human life, is also economically in the interest of society and national interests.
