The lands in cities are areas for urban development and infill development is the process of optimization of land use. Planning and growth management by infill development policy, compare with other growth policies is closer and more consistent to sustainability. In this paper, we are going to study capacities and necessities of infill development of Tehran, by means of descriptive analytic and by use of documentary data. Findings indicate Tehran has the capacity of development and subsequently ready to growth management and special rearrangement via infill development. More than 18000 hectares of lands with infill development capacities that occupied 30% of city areas and 52% of vacant spaces and areas with developmental goals and high availability along with distribution and increment process, from east to west and north to south, makes possible not only physical growth management, but also facilitate spatial rearrangement to balance of inequality among regions and city zones by means of the policy of infill development and topical and local capacities. Redevelopment of north ,east and south areas, new development of west area and revitalization of central area, are general strategies of infill development in Tehran. Manuscript profile

Much of the classical and contemporary Persian poetry is composed of short poems such as couplet and quatrain. Also, contemporary poets have shown increasing interest in short poetry. Although researchers have attempted to identify the components of short poetry and to this end have mentioned the brevitas features, the limited usage of the verb, the ending stroke, the image-orientation, the limited use of the rhyme, and naturalism; these features mostly refer to the description of the short poem, and no unanimous definition is available yet. For example, the outer limit is sometimes referred to as one page, sometimes up to seven rows and sometimes up to five portions. As for its internal and semantic limits, they enumerate the function of the fundamental scheme and effect of the moment. This article critically analyzes the descriptions and definitions of researchers on short poetry and attempts to provide a more accurate definition of the short poem using an analytical method. As a result, this article considers short poetry based on its fundamental technique, to be with limited lines or hemistiches, and finally, "independent monolithic limited poetry with a greater tendency for the discourse of wisedom." 3 - Investigating the Role of Conceptual Metaphors in the Evolution of literary styles (Relying on Body Metaphors in Farrokhi Sistani, Anvari, and Hafiz's poems)

The conceptual metaphor is the mind’s technique for conceptualizing affairs. The mind tries to conceive and contemplate some intangible affairs for itself with the help of this fundamental construct. Hence, it is expected that by changing it, we will also see a change in thought-related macro-systems. Among these macrosystems are literary styles that have many factors involved in changing them. This article tries to answer the question of how the change of conceptual metaphors in time has an effect on the change of literary styles through analytical-descriptive method. To answer it, we trace the conceptual metaphors related to the body, which include the words "hand, eye, heart and head", in a selection of poems by Farrokhi Sistani, Anvari and Hafez. By analyzing the obtained information, we conclude that conceptual metaphors have undergone significant changes over time that are in line with the evolution of literary styles and are variables affecting the evolution of styles. After specifying the way poetry can be implemented in the national literature . Compare the two poems would be more accurate If two poets from different languages And tow describe the same thing .khaghani and bohtori have descriped the madaenIn fact, comparative literature is also concerned with understanding the impact of texts on each other. We describe a method to evaluate the two poets the khaghanis poem do not look like bohtoris poem. This is contrary to previous researcher. His poetry is a far richer array of literary. These two poems are the only member of the genus motivation and common areas. These two are not the same even incentive travel.khaghanis poetry are included in the audience. But bohtoris poetry is very personal. But the historical value of his poetry is more.Since that time he met many years ago was Khaghani. and he is portrayed Parts of this site for us beautifully and accurately. Thus, by comparison, the conclusion is that, contrary to the researchers' opinion, Ivan Madaen Khaghani's story lacks intertextual connection with the better tray. Manuscript profile

Semantic web has been one of the most important research areas of computer science in recent years. The concept of ontology as one of the most elements of semantic web is used to formally describe the domain knowledge and to enable the reasoning capability. Semantic web is a distributed system and ontologies may be developed on many different nodes, so centralized reasoning is very hard or even impossible in many cases. On the other hand, since the majority of information in semantic web is uncertain, considering the notion of uncertainty in ontological reasoning is crucial. In this paper a method for distributed reasoning in uncertain ontologies is proposed. For this purpose the distributed description logic (DDL) framework and the certainty theory are considered for distributed reasoning and modeling the uncertainty respectively. To evaluate the functionality and performance of the algorithm, we developed a case study on application of the proposed method in purifying the mappings between ontologies. The results show that our algorithm makes the mappings more precise than other similar methods. Manuscript profile

SIFT method is used to extract keypoints of the image in order to overcome the problems of matching between the satellite and aerial images, including: difference in scale, rotation, brightness intensity and the geometric shape. Unfortunately, SIFT method extracts several unfavorable keypoints of satellite and aerial images because of the turbulence and the environmental factors which leads to unreliable matching and increasing complexity. In order to improve the quality of the extracted specific areas and the run time of the algorithm, first the edges of the original images are extracted by Sobel operator and thresholding, then by using the SIFT method, keypoints are extracted from the edge image. After extracting keypoints, using the rBREIF method, that have stability dependence with respect to atmospheric turbulence and rotation, descriptor for every point of the extracted points is created. Then by applying the bilateral image matching and the RANSAC method that removes the unfavorable adaptive points, the correct matching between the satellite and aerial images are found using the suggested method. The results of the proposed method on the real images show the superiority of this method in term of the accuracy and speed, compared to the some well-known matching methods such as SIFT. 7 - The effect of self- awareness on the creation of life quality in the architecture of religious places (case study: DezfulJam’e Mosque)

Human has always been in interaction, one of its aspects is the communication with himself. In this relationship, on one hand, human is placed as a self- aware being and on the other hand, as the real self. In such a way that common sense is affected by his existential nature and affects the quality of life. The goal of the research can be considered to evaluate the biological aspects affecting the internal relationships of self- knowledge between human and the architectural body. Biological quality is created at different levels and shapes the environment in interaction with humans. The method of this research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors. So that, in the qualitative review, the topic is addressed using descriptions, observations and library studies, and in its quantitative aspect, it benefits from numerical data and analysis using the scientific method of Codas. The findings of the research show the formation of an internal relationship that has affected the quality of life and architectural environment. so that in each of the senses affecting self- awareness, Different quality levels are created. In this regard, it can be concluded that the purposeful design of architecture in order to shape the quality of life is influenced by the common senses of faith and time with the greatest impact, the sense of unity, presence and place with an average impact, and the sense of safety and awareness with the least impact. So that it is formed in a direct relationship between independent components (spatial physical perception, collective behavior, psychological) and connected components (common senses) and is a platform for achieving a desirable life. Therefore, this issue can be considered as a result of the internal relationship between three aspects of self- awareness, common senses and architecture, which is formed according to the relationship between independent and dependent components in architecture.
