The effect of organizational support on employee creativity and work orientation with the mediating role of innovative work behaviors (Case study: staff and faculty members of the National University of Lorestan Province)

Abstract :
Objective: Organizations are facing a turbulent environment due to the advancement of technology, globalization and intense competition. In order to survive in this competitive business world, organizations are forced to innovate and respond to the changing environment. The present study was conducted with the aim of influencing organizational support on employee creativity and work orientation with the mediating role of innovative work behaviors in Lorestan National University. Methodology: This study is of an applied purpose, descriptive type and correlational method. The statistical population in this study is the staff and professors of the National University of Lorestan Province. In order to analyze the data, the partial least squares method and Smart PLS¬3 software were used. Conclusion: The obtained results indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employees' creativity. Originality: Also, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work orientation. And on the other hand, organizational support has a positive and meaningful effect on innovative work behaviors. Also, work orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behaviors. And finally, the mediating role of innovative work behaviors in the relationship between organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. And finally, the mediating role of innovative work behaviors in the relationship between organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work orientation.
