Abstract :
In the era of revelation, although the Arabian Peninsula had a prosperous market in the rhetoric, poetry and oratory, and for this, the Quran was also revealed as a miracle of the Holy Prophet from the literature. One of the literary types is the story, and the Quran used it due to the appeal of the story to humans and the determining the efficiency of the story in conveying its concepts, and finally it was able to influence its first audience who did not believe in the foundations of monotheism, and it was accepted by them. In this article, which was compiled in a descriptive manner and using library sources, while answering the question on what basis the Quran has emphasized on the extensive use of the story format in conveying its massage, some indicators that point to the the justification of the story in the Quran have been described.
