The increasing competition in domestic markets drives companies toward expanding their activities into international markets. Entrepreneurial alertness refers to the ability to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, which leads entrepreneurs to seek new opportunities in the international market. This study examines the impact of entrepreneurial alertness on international performance, considering entrepreneurial learning as a mediating variable and domestic market dynamics as a moderating variable within the State Livestock Affairs Logistics company. This research is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive-survey in terms of methodology. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 204 managers of the company, selected using Cochran's formula. Finally, path analysis was employed to test the research hypotheses. For data analysis, SPSS and Lisrel software were utilized. According to the results, the components of entrepreneurial alertness, as independent variables, significantly influence the international performance of the Company when considering entrepreneurial learning as a mediating variable. The direct impact of these variables on international performance is positive and significant Moreover, the study confirmed the moderating effect of domestic market dynamism on the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and the international performance of the company.
