Investigating and Analyzing the Challenges of Digital Economy Development in Mazandaran Province and Policy Recommendations

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to estimate the challenges of digital economy development in Mazandaran province and to provide policy recommendations to the decision makers and policy makers of this region. The present research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of the method of collecting data and information. This research is a case study that was conducted in the period of March 1400 to January 1401 and in it, in addition to library studies, specialized meetings with 35 experts in this field were used in line with the purpose of the research and to identify challenges and provide policy recommendations. will pay. The identified challenges are divided into four categories: infrastructural challenges, human capital challenges, institutional challenges, and financing challenges. The findings of the research show that creating the necessary legal frameworks to fight against electronic crimes to build trust, providing examples of legal tools and facilities necessary to support and strengthen the private sector, forming a digital economy development committee centered on the governorate, spreading the correct culture of activity in the digital platform through schools , universities and public media, the development of Solution Provider companies and the creation of smart business projects in the way of strengthening the economic foundation and scientific progress are among the most important suggestions.
