Abstract :
Nowadays organizational knowledge is one of the most assets that efficient management it, will multilateral promote organizations. Knowledge management is a powerful leverage to achieve competitive advantages among organizations that experience has shown that its application in the universities environment, has many advantages. it is important before decision to implement Knowledge management project in organization, to identifing factors that are important in increase Knowledge management readiness. Therefore, the main objective of this study is identify and determine the priority of these factors on universities environment. This research is composed of two main phase, that in the first phase, with the previous Knowledge management readiness models, and the opinion of the experts in unversitis sector, 10 main aspects and from these aspect, 37 factor selected. The factors have different important, hence in the second phase, the research experts, express their judgments about the important weight of each factors, by fuzzy decision matrix. Fuzzy set theory is used to interpert the linguistic information in accordance with the subjective evaluation. Results of defuzzication indicates that “ top management support”, and “knowledge sharing”, are the important effective factor, also “ deformalization” and “ decentralization” has the lowest priority. Factors identified in this study and prioritization by them, As for the universities to prioritize And Regulation the knowledge management activities, to be used.
