تأثیر استفاده از پودر گیاه کامل شوید (Anethum graveolens) بر عملکرد، برخی فراسنجه های خونی و سیستم اسکلتی جوجه های گوشتی

به منظور بررسي اثرات سطوح مختلف پودر گیاه کامل شوید (Anethum graveolens) بر عملکرد، غلظت برخی فراسنجه های خون و ویژگی های استخوان درشت نی جوجه های گوشتی، از 200 قطعه جوجه یک روزه (راس 308) در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي با چهار تیمار و پنج تکرار (10 قطعه در هر تکرار) استفاده شد. جوجه ها به طور تصادفی در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح صفر، 5/0، 0/1 و 0/2 درصد پودر گیاه کامل شوید توزیع شدند. در رابطه با میانگین خوراک مصرفی و افزایش وزن جوجه ها در کل دوره پرورش، تیمار یک درصد پودر شوید بالاترین و تیمار دو درصد پودر شوید ضعیف ترین عملکرد را نشان دادند و تیمارهای حاوی سطوح صفر و 5/0 درصد پودر شوید در حد واسط دو تیمار نخست قرار گرفتند (05/0P<). از نظر ضریب تبدیل خوراک، تنها تفاوت معنی دار مشاهده شده در بین تیمارها به افزایش مقدار این ضریب در جوجه های تیمار حاوی دو درصد پودر گیاه شوید در کل دوره پرورش معطوف بود (05/0P<). غلظت آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز سرم در دوره های ارزیابی (21 و 42 روزگی) در تیمار حاوی دو درصد پودر گیاه شوید افزایش معنی داری را در مقایسه با دیگر تیمارها نشان داد (05/0P<). غلظت عناصر کلسیم و فسفر سرم تحت تأثیر جیره های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. وزن، طول، عرض و درصد خاکستر استخوان درشت نی تفاوت معنی داری را در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نشان نداد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از یک درصد پودر گیاه شوید در جیره جوجه های گوشتی ضمن بهبود عملکرد رشد، تأثیر نامطلوبی بر روند رشد و نمو سیستم اسکلتی جوجه ها ندارد.
