پرواداری پرواداران: نگرشی اخلاقی- حقوقی به شغل مادرانه با تکیه بر اخلاق مراقبت از منظر ایوا فدر کیتای

ملخص المقالة :
اخلاق مراقبت یا پروا، به مثابه اخلاقی فمنیسیتی در قرن بیستم، حیات خویش را آغاز نمود. ایوا فدر کیتای، یکی از نظریه پردازان اصلی اخلاق مراقبت، "مولود یک مادر بودن" و "تجربه وابستگی محض" را نقطه اشتراک تمامی انسان ها دانسته و مراقبت را با توجه به وابستگی ذاتی انسان، واجد ویژگیهای لازم برای تلقی آن به عنوان کار توصیف مینماید. این دیدگاه مفهوم لیبرال کار مبتنی بر رابطه مالکیت و قابلیت تولید را کنار زده و با تأکید بر ارتباطات متقابل آدمیان، شکنندگی نوع آدمی و وابستگیهای تودرتوی بشر، مفهوم دیگری از کار ارائه مینماید. وی با به کارگیری مفهوم "دولیا"، دولت را متعهد به پرواداری و مراقبت از پرواداران می داند. در این پژوهش، نظر به بهرهگیری از عبارت "شغل مادرانه" در ماده 10 سیاستهای اشتغال زنان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، رویکرد قانونگذار در پروادارای زنان، با بهرهگیری از منابع کتابخانهای و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، از نظر گذارانیده شده است.
