هدف: تعریف و مروری بر انواع تومورهای رایج دستگاه تناسلی خارجی در مادیان
روش کار: مطالعه مروری با استفاده از منابع مختلف منتشر شده در ارتباط با تومورهای رایج دستگاه تناسلی خارجی در مادیان
نتایج: تومور حاصل رشد غیرطبیعی و غیرقابل کنترل سلول‌ها در بافت ها و اندام های مختلف از بدن است. این توده‌ها می‌توانند بهرشکل خوش‌خیم یا به شکل بدخیم باشند. تومورهای خوش‌خیم پیش آگهی خوبی داشته و محدود به محل اولیه خود هستند و به سایر نقاط بدن گسترش نمی‌یابند، اما تومورهای بدخیم پیش آگهی خوبی ندارند و قابلیت متاستاز و تهاجم به بافت‌های مجاور و دوردست را دارند. نئوپلازی در دستگاه تناسلی مادیان به طور کلی نادر است، اما برخی از تومورها اهمیت بالینی بیشتری دارند.کارسینوم سلول‌های سنگفرشی (SCC) یکی از شایع‌ترین و مهم‌ترین تومورهای بدخیم در دستگاه تناسلی مادیان است که معمولاً در نواحی بدون رنگدانه و در مرز بین پوست و مخاط بروز می‌کند. این تومور می‌تواند به سرعت به گره‌های لنفاوی و سایر ارگان‌ها متاستاز دهد و مشکلاتی را برای سلامت حیوان به بار بیاورد. لیومیوما، شایع‌ترین نئوپلاسم خوش‌خیم رحم و واژن در مادیان‌هاست که معمولاً با افزایش سن بیشتر دیده می‌شود و می‌تواند با ناباروری و ترشحات خونی همراه باشد. سارکوئیدها تومورهای پوستی شایع در تک سمی‌ها هستند که توانایی تهاجم به بافت‌های زیرجلدی را دارند. این تومورها اغلب در زخم‌های تازه بهبودیافته ظاهر می‌شوند و احتمال بازگشت آن‌ها پس از جراحی بالاست. ملانوما، تومور دیگری است که عمدتاً در اسب‌های خاکستری و به میزان کمتر در اسب‌های بدون رنگدانه مشاهده می‌شود. این تومور می‌تواند زیبایی پوست حیوان را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و در برخی موارد به سایر قسمت‌های بدن متاستاز کند، هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر مروری بر تومورهای ناحیه پرینه، وولوا و واژن در مادیان می باشد.
نتیجه گیری نهایی: شناخت انواع تومورهای رایج دستگاه تناسلی خارجی می تواند به تشخیص، پیشگیری و درمان این تومورها کمک کند.
