ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و نوع مطالعه: مطالعه مروری بر تومورهای سلول های گرانولوزا و تکا در مادیان با تأکید بر درمان جراحی این نوع از تومورهای تخمدانی در اسب.
هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارائه یک دیدگاه جامع در مورد نشانه‌‌های بالینی، روش‌های تشخیصی و درمانی تومورهای سلول‌های گرانولوزا و تکا در مادیان، با تأکید بر اهمیت درمان جراحی بوده است.
روش کار: این مطالعه مروری با استفاده از منابع علمی معتبر شامل مقالات منتشرشده در مجلات تخصصی و کتاب‌های مرجع در زمینه تومورهای تخمدانی در اسب نگاشته شده است. داده‌های موجود با هدف بررسی روندهای تشخیصی و درمانی و تأثیر آن‌ها بر سلامت و باروری مادیان‌ها تحلیل شده‌اند.
نتایج: تومورهای سلول‌های گرانولوزا و تکا در مادیان از جمله شایع‌ترین انواع تومورهای تخمدانی با پیامدهای بالینی مهم هستند که می‌توانند با علائم رفتاری و اختلالات باروری همراه باشند. روش‌های تشخیصی نوین، شامل التراسونوگرافی و ارزیابی‌های هورمونی نقش مهمی در تشخیص دقیق این تومورها دارند. بررسی درمان‌های جراحی نشان داده است که برداشت تخمدان مبتلا، با تکنیک‌های جراحی مناسب، موثرترین گزینه درمانی است که نه تنها پیش‌آگهی خوبی ارائه می‌دهد، بلکه می‌تواند سبب بازگشتن باروری مادیان گردد و رضایتمندی مالک اسب را نیز در پی داشته باشد. دراین نوشتار زمان مناسب جراحی و چگونگی انتخاب رهیافت مناسب همراه با تکنیک‌های اوواریکتومی به طور مشروح آمده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این بررسی بر ضرورت تشخیص زودهنگام و مداخلات درمانی به موقع برای کاهش اثرات مخرب این تومورها بر سلامت و باروری مادیان تأکید دارند. درمان جراحی و استفاده از روش‌های تشخیصی دقیق می‌تواند به مدیریت بهتر و کاهش اثرات این تومورها کمک کند.
