ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: در عصری که با پیشرفتهای فناورانه و ضرورت ارتقای خدمات مراقبتهای بهداشتی تعریف شده، مدیریت مؤثر مجموعههای تحقیق و توسعه سلامت از اهمیت بالایی برخورداراست. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه مدلی برای مدیریت سبد پروژه های تحقیق و توسعه خدمات سلامت از دیدگاه فناوری اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. روش تحقیق: این مطالعه از حیث هدف، کاربردی و در سه مرحله انجام شده است. در گام اول با بررسی های کتابخانه ای شاخص های عمومی موثر بر مدیریت سبد پروژه های تحقیق و توسعه خدمات سلامت مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات، شناسایی شد. در گام بعدی با بهره گیری از روش دلفی ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص های اساسی موثر استخراج شدند. درنهایت، به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل، از طریق پرسشنامه، نظرات متخصصان واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه در حوزه خدمات سلامت گردآوری و با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: مدل نهایی پژوهش در دو سطح خرد و کلان در قالب 15 مولفه با 70 شاخص حاصل شد. مؤلفههای سطح خرد، مدیریت سرمایه مالی و فکری، مدیریت فناوری و تحقیق و توسعه، برنامهریزی استراتژیک ، مدیریت کیفیت، به عنوان عوامل حیاتی ظاهر شده است. در سطح کلان، مؤلفههای سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، قانونی، نهادی، فناوری اطلاعات، فناوری اطلاعات سلامت و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی نقشهای محوری دارند. نتیجه گیری: در بین ابعاد شناسایی شده، مدیریت فناوری، مدیریت مالی، مدیریت سرمایه فکری و مدیریت استراتژیک، به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را دارا بوده اند.
