مطالعه و بهینهکاوی بازیهای جدی پرورش تفکر انتقادی کارکنان

ملخص المقالة :
رشد سازمانها و ماندنشان در محیط رقابتی -بهخصوص در عصر اقتصاد دانشی-، به توانایی آنها در پرورش کارکنان متفکر نقاد، بستگی دارد. افرادی که بتوانند بین دانش و تجارت ارتباط برقرار کنند، موقعیتهای مسئلهآمیز و چالشزا را درک کرده و برای مواجهه عملی با آنها، آماده باشند. ایجاد این آمادگی در کارکنان، نیازمند اتخاذ روش های نوآورانه است. فناوریهای پیشرفته یادگیری از جمله بازیهای جدی، مسیرهای نوینی را برای پرورش شایستگیهای تفکر انتقادی گشودهاند. برخی بازیهای جدی تولید و منتشر شدهاند که بهطور خاص تفکر انتقادی را پرورش میدهند. با مطالعه و بهینهکاوی این بازیها بهعنوان یک ابزار سیستماتیک میتوان موفقیت آنها در دستیابی به این هدف را ارزیابی کرد. برهمین اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و بهینهکاوی بازیهای جدی تفکر انتقادی بر اساس مدل تفکر انتقادی پیتر فاسیونه شامل 6 مؤلفه تفسیر، تحلیل، ارزیابی، استنباط، توضیح و خودتنظیمی، انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، مؤلفههای تفسیر، تحلیل، ارزیابی و استنباط در همه بازیهای بررسیشده، فعالانه محقق میشوند. اما مؤلفههای «توضیح» و «خودتنظیمی» در بسیاری از بازیها، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. این بدان معنا است که هیچ کدام از بازیهای جدی بررسی شده توسط این تحقیق، توانایی ارتقای تفکر انتقادی کاربران خود را بهصورت کامل و موثر ندارند چون توجه آنها به اجزا و فرایند تفکر انتقادی، ناقص بوده است. این کاستی را میتوان ناشی از کمتوجهی به مدلها و نظریههای تفکر انتقادی و عدم دخالت متخصصان این حوزه در فرایند طراحی و توسعه بازی دانست. یافتههای تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از الگوی تأمل بنیادین اویلین و کورتگن، به بحث و بررسی گذاشته شدهاند.
