شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه استعداد رهبری دانشجویان: مطالعه¬ی کیفی

ملخص المقالة :
استعداد رهبری یکی از قابلیت ها و توانایی های مهم برای رهبری سازمانی و هدایت نیروهای سازمان برای رسیدن به اهداف می باشد. رهبران با استعداد نقش چشمگیری در تغییر و تحول سازمان دارند و در برابر تغییرات و دگرگونی های محیطی پویا و خلاق عمل می کنند و بیشترین مزیت رقابتی را برای سازمان فراهم می آورند. بنابراین شناخت و توجه به استعداد رهبری و توسعه آن، نقش مهمی در موفقیت سازمان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه استعداد رهبری دانشجویان با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام پذیرفت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش حاضر 18 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه رهبری و دانشجویانی که مسئولیت رهبری در تشکل ها و انجمن های علمی و دانشگاهی بر عهده داشتند بود که به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند بود. بعد از تحلیل و کدگذاری داده ها تعداد 134 گزاره یا مفهوم اولیه شناسایی شده که در 26 زیر مؤلفه طبقه بندی شدند. در نهایت این زیر مؤلفه ها در چهار مؤلفه اصلی(ویژگی های شخصیتی، پیش زمینه ای، سازمانی و فراسازمانی) دسته بندی شدند. توجه دانشگاه ها به عوامل مهم شناسایی شده در این پژوهش می تواند به جذب و توسعه بهتر استعدادهای رهبری در بین دانشجویان کمک شایانی کند.
