طراحی الگوی برنامههای توسعه توانمندیهای اعضای هیات علمی مبتنی بر فاوا

ملخص المقالة :
توسعه و بالندگی اعضای هیات علمی با هدف پاسخگویی به نیازهای چالش برانگیز جامعه، دانشگاه، اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجو در حال تبدیل به حوزهای غنی است. در این راستا به کارگیری فناوری میتواند فرصتهای جدیدی را در این حوزه ایجاد کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عناصر و طراحی الگوی برنامههای توسعه توانمندیهای اعضای هیات علمی مبتنی بر فاوا انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با رویکرد جمع آوری و تحلیل کیفی بوده است که با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قیاسی و استقرایی به انجام رسیده است. شیوه، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با تعداد بیست نفر از متخصصان حوزه آموزش و فناوری با شیوه گلوله برفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بوده است. یافتههای پژوهش ۶ مفهوم اصلی و ۴۲ مقولهی فرعی شناسایی کرده است. نتایج پژوهش بر طراحی عناصر شش گانه هدف، محتوا، زمان، فضا، تعاملات و ارزیابی، با توجه به قابلیتها و چالشهای افزودن فاوا به این عناصر تاکید دارد. در نهایت الگوی طراحی برنامههای توسعه توانمندیهای اعضای هیات علمی مبتنی بر فاوا ترسیم شده است. توصیه نهایی بر طراحی سامانه یکپارچه شامل سیستمهای متنوع آموزشی و پژوهشی مبتنی بر نیازهای فردی و سازمانی، رویکردهای فعال، تجربی، شخصی سازی، غیر رسمی و قابل انتقال به عمل در محیطی امن، منطبق با قوانین با توجه به شبیه سازی موقعیتهای حضوری در زمانی منعطف و بهینه، با تعاملات فعال مخاطب، مربی و محتوا با رویکرد شفاف و انتخابی به همراه ارزیابی رشد دهنده و معتبر است.
