درآمدی بر مکالمهکاوی سازمانی: مطالعهای میان رشتهای

مكالمه كاوي يكي از شاخههاي تحليل گفتمان است که مورد توجه بسیاری رشتهها از جمله روانشناسی، جامعهشناسی و زبانشناسی است. از اواخر دهه 1970، مكالمه كاوان بر مكالماتی که در محيطهاي خاصي اتفاق ميافتد، تمركز كردهاند و رشته مکالمه کاوی سازمانی به وجود آمده است که طرفداران زیادی پیدا کرده و جهت بررسی مطالعه هویت سازمانی، منزلت، قدرت و جنسیت بسیار مفید واقع شده است. سهم این مطالعات در زبان فارسی بسیار اندک است. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است که مکالمه کاوی سازمانی و زوایای آن معرفی گردد. سپس برای نمونه چند مکالمه دانشگاهی به عنوان مکالمه سازمانی با تاکید بر جنسیت افراد مورد واکاوی قرار می گیرد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که هویت سازمانی، وجهه، جنسیت و قدرت در شرایط کنونی جامعه از پیش تعیین شده و مطابق کلیشه های پیشین نیست بلکه لحظه به لحظه در تعامل شکل می گیرد.
