تأثیر سرمایه روانشناختی بر تابآوری سازمانی در دوران شیوع کووید-19 (مطالعه موردی: هتلهای شهر مشهد)

صنعت گردشگری از دیرباز بهعنوان یکی از آسیبپذیرترین صنایع در مواجهه با انواع بحرانها شناخته شده است. در میان انواع بخشهای فعال در حوزه گردشگری، بخش هتلداری بهواسطه کاهش نرخ سفرها و اقامت در طول همهگیری کووید-19 بیشتر تحت تأثیر قرار گرفته است. به این منظور، برای کاهش اثرات مخرب بحرانها بر بخش هتلداری، ادبیات مفهوم تابآوری را معرفی میکند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر تأثیر سرمایه روانشناختی مالکان و مدیران هتل را بر تابآوری سازمانی در طول شیوع کووید-19 بررسی میکند. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردى، شيوه جمعآوری اطلاعات پيمايشى و به لحاظ بررسى روابط بين متغيرها، همبستگى با تأکید بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است. برای درک روابط مدل مفهومی، این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامهای که در مهر ماه و آبان ماه 1399 میان 157 نفر از مالکان و مدیران هتل و هتلآپارتمانهای شهر مشهد به روش در دسترس توزیع شد، نسبت به جمعآوری دادهها اقدام کرد. نتايج آزمون فرضیهها با بهکارگیری نرمافزارهای اس پی اس اس و اسمارت پی ال اس 3 حاكى از آن است که سرمایه روانشناختی مالکان یا مدیران هتل میتواند امید و خوشبینی را در کارکنان ایجاد نموده و به آنها در پذیرش واقعیت و آمادگی برای بحرانهای احتمالی آینده کمک کند. همچنین تأثیر رضایت مالکان و مدیران هتل از زندگی بر تابآوری سازمانی قابلملاحظه است و بیان میکند که سطح رضایت از زندگی مالکان و مدیران هتل بهطور قابلتوجهی بر روند بهبود کسبوکار تأثیر میگذارد.
