تحلیل روند تحقیقات در تجربه گردشگری: تحلیل کتابسنجی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این تحقیق بررسی روند تحقیقات در حوزه تجربه گردشگران با استفاده از تحلیل کتاب سنجی می باشد. بدین منظور اطلاعات 2683 مقاله منتشرشده در بازه زمانی سال 1980 تا سال 2020 در پایگاه داده ای وبآوساینس تحلیل می شوند. از نرم افزار ووسویوور به منظور تحلیل و مصورسازی نتایج استفاده می شود. در این پژوهش به دو سطح تحلیل پرداخته می شود. در سطح اول به بررسی روند انتشار مقالات و همچنین بررسی تأثیر نویسندگان، مجلات و مقالات پرداخته می شود. در سطح دوم، ساختار شبکه هم رخدادی کلمات کلیدی و شبکه همکاری نویسندگان و مؤسسات تجزیه و تحلیل می گردد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهند که تحقیقات در زمینه تجربه گردشگری در سال های اخیر رشد چشم گیری داشته است و بیشترین مقالات در سال 2019 منتشر شده اند. پیش بینی می شود که با توجه به روند گذشته، روند تحقیقات در آینده رشد فزاینده ای داشته باشد. از میان حوزه های تحقیقاتی، حوزه های مهمان پذیری و اوقاتفراغت، مدیریت و مطالعات زیستمحیطی سه حوزه ای هستند که بیشترین مقالات در زمینه تجربه گردشگری را شامل می شوند. رسانههای اجتماعی، اعتماد، نظرات کاربران و رقابتپذیری از جمله روندهای در حال ظهور در ادبیات میباشند. گردشگری سلامت، گردشگری غذایی، تجربه اجتماعی، خلق ارزش مشترک، اصالت، تجربه فرهنگی، تجربه در مقصد، کوله به دوشها، فناوری اطلاعات، تفاوت فرهنگی، میراث فرهنگی، تجربه دانشآموزان و دانشجویان، مدیریت پایدار و حملو نقل موضوعاتی هستند که در ادبیات به آنها پرداخته شده است. تحلیل شبکه همکاری نویسندگان نشان داد در حال حاضر 35 گروه تحقیقاتی در سراسر دنیا در این زمینه فعالیت میکنند و دانشگاه پلیتکنیک هنگکنگ بیشترین اثرگذاری بر شبکه همکاری بینالمللی را داشته است.
