اهداف تشکیل اتحاد¬های استراتژیک در کسب¬وکارهای گردشگری پزشکی ایران

امروزه، اتحاد های استراتژیک به عنوان یکی از اشکال برجسته همکاری، مورد توجه صاحبان کسب وکار قرار گرفته اند. در این میان، استراتژی کسب و کارهای خدماتی نظیر گردشگری، به واسطه گسستگی عناصر، کوچک و متوسط بودن مؤسسه های فعال و حساسیت بالای این دسته از صنایع نسبت به تغییرات محیطی، با اقبال بیشتری روبه رو شده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی دقیق اهداف شکل گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک در گردشگری پزشکی است. بدین منظور، 17 نفر از خبرگان صنعت با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی شناسایی شدند و داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی اِی 10، بر اساس منطق روش تحلیل مضمون، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اهداف شکل گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک در میان کسب وکارهای گردشگری پزشکی را می توان در هشت تم (مقوله) شامل اهداف رفع موانع قانونی، ماهیت صنعت، منافع شخصی، اهداف سازمانی، اهداف مرتبط با مشتری، اهداف استراتژیک، اهداف اقتصادی و تأمین منافع ملی جای داد.
