شناسایی روشهای ایجاد تعامل بین یادگیرنده و محتوا به منظور توسعه مشارکت یادگیرندگان در محیطهای یادگیری الکترونیکی

ابزار آموزش به عنوان یکی از روشهای اصلی توسعه کارکنان محسوب میشود که با توجه به گسترش آموزش الکترونیکی در سازمانها مشارکت یادگیرندگان موضوعی بسیار حائز اهمیت است که از طریق تعاملات یادگیرندگان با محتوا و معلم شکل میگیرد. مفهوم تعامل، عنصری مهم در هر محیط یادگیری است و در آموزش الکترونیکی نیز اهمیت آن بهطورکلی پذیرفتهشده است. با وجود پژوهشهای متعدد درباره انواع تعاملها و تاثیر هریک از آنها بر متغیرهای مختلف، سهم اندکی از پژوهشها به شناسایی روشهایی برای ایجاد انواع تعامل به ویژه تعامل یادگیرنده با محتوا اختصاص یافته است. به همین دلیل هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر پاسخگویی به این سوال است که روش های ایجاد تعامل بین یادگیرنده و محتوای آموزشی در محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی کدامند؟ این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است که برای کسب نتیجه با جزئیات عمیقتر و دقیقتر، با اجرا نمودن سهسوسازی در روش گردآوردی داده ها از سه روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بررسی مقالات وب آف ساینس طی مدت 2009-2019 در حیطه آموزشی عالی، گروه کانونی و مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با 13 متخصص برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شد و داده ها با روش تحلیل مضمون کدگذاری شدند. پس از تحلیل دادهها 9 روش ایجاد تعامل بین یادگیرنده و محتوای آموزشی در محیطهای یادگیری الکترونیکی شناسایی گردید.
