تأثیر زمینه یادگیری¬زدایی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی اثربخشی سرمایه انسانی در دانشگاه رازی

ملخص المقالة :
مساله و هدف: کنارگذاشتن دانش های منسوخ شده در سازمان برای جایگزینی دانش های جدید و ایجاد تغییرات در سازمان و انطباق سازمان با شرایط روز بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بدین منظور، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر زمینه یادگیری زدایی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی سرمایه انسانی در دانشگاه رازی پرداخته شد. روش شناسی: در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های استاندارد زمینه یادگیری زدایی و سرمایه انسانی سگارا-ناوارو (2017) و پرسشنامه نوآوری سازمانی یانگ و احمد (2004) استفاده گردید. جامعه مورد مطالعه کارکنان دانشگاه رازی به تعداد 585 نفر و با استفاده از جدول مورگان 230 نفر به عنوان نمونه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده های گردآوری شده از روش معادالات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در محیط نرم افزار (PLS) صورت گرفت. یافته ها : زمینه یادگیری زدایی بر نوآوری سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد همچنین اثر مثبت و معنادار بین سرمایه انسانی و نوآوری سازمانی را تأیید می نماید و در نهایت اثر مثبت و معناداری بین زمینه یادگیری زدایی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش سرمایه انسانی را نشان می دهد. نتیجه گیری: در راستای ارائه خدمات نوآورانه مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه باید دانش قدیمی خود را کنار گذاشته و از دانش جدید و بروز استفاده نمایند. لذا اتخاذ رویکرد نوآوری در دانشگاه ها منجر به ارتقا شایستگی های نیروی انسانی، علمی و فناورانه می شود. این تأثیر در نهایت منجر به بهبود وضع اقتصادی و گامی در جهت تغییر رویکرد دانشگاه به سمت دانشگاه نسل سوم و کارآفرین می گردد.
