برق ريسي سلولز: روش و کاربردها

برق ريسي، روشي آسان و تطبيق پذير براي توليد نانوالياف است. مساحت سطح زياد، تخلخل تنظيم پذير و خواص فيزيکي و مکانيکي مناسب، برخي از ويژگي هاي نانوالياف برق ريسي شده است. سلولز به عنوان فراوان ترين پليمر طبيعي، تاريخچه طولاني در تهيه الياف دارد. ازآنجا که سلولز ذوب نمي شود، لازم است برق ريسي آن به روش محلولي انجام گيرد. البته برق ريسي مستقيم محلول سلولز نيز با چالش هايي روبه روست؛ اما مي توان نخست مشتقات سلولز را محلول ريسي و سپس سلولز اوليه را احيا کرد. زيست سازگاري، زيست تخريب پذيري، ماندگاري، واکنش پذيري، چگالي کم و آب دوستي، برخي از خواص برجسته نانوالياف سلولزي برق ريسي شده است که آن را در زمينه هاي مختلف مانند مهندسي بافت، سامانه هاي دارورساني، فرايندهاي جداسازي، منسوجات و صنايع غذايي، مستعد کاربرد کرده است. در اين راستا، استفاده از آلياژها و هم چنين نانوکامپوزيت هاي سلولزي، خواص نهايي اين نانوالياف را بهبود بخشيده و کاربرد آن ها را گسترش داده است.
