تدوین و تبیین الگوی سازمان تاب آور با رویکرد نوآوری در شرکت های تولیدی (مورد مطالعه: صنعت نساجی ایران)

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاب آور کردن شرکت های تولیدی فعال در صنعت نساجی با رویکرد نوآوری انجام شده است. در این راستا، الگویی با استفاده از چارچوب پارادایم رئالیسم انتقادی پیشنهاد شده است. روش های مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات، تحلیل مضامین و رویش نظریه جهت تدوین الگوی نهایی سازمان تاب آور در صنعت نساجی با رویکرد نوآوری مبتنی بر چارچوب پارادایم رئالیسم انتقادی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. یافته های حاصل از روش مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات نشان دهنده اهمیت نوآوری مدل کسب و کار در تاب آوری سازمانی در ادبیات مربوطه است. بعلاوه، انواع حوزه های نوآوری مدل کسب و کار در صنعت نساجی اعم از: نوآوری تکنولوژیکی، نوآوری اجتماعی و نوآوری سازمانی و قابلیت های لازم برای خلق تاب آوری در این سه حوزه از ادبیات مربوطه شناسایی شدند. همچنین، فضای کسب و کار صنعت نساجی ایران با روش های تحلیل مضامین و رویش نظریه در راستای تکمیل الگوی تاب آوری شرکت های تولیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و نتایج نشان دهنده آسیب پذیر بودن صنعت نساجی ایران است و در مجموع ده آسیب در این مرحله شناسایی شده است. در نهایت، الگوی سازمان تاب آور با رویکرد نوآوری در شرکت های تولیدی صنعت نساجی ایران تدوین شده و با استفاده از توازن آسیب ها با قابلیت ها مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج، در پژوهش حاضر برای غلبه بر هشت آسیب صنعت نساجی ایران، قابلیت متناظر شناسایی شده است. سرانجام، پیشنهادات کاربردی براساس نتایج تحقیق ارائه شده است.
