پيش بيني سرزندگي تحصيلي بر اساس ويژگي هاي شخصيتي با واسطه گري خودشفقت ورزی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطة پنج عامل بزرگ شخصيت، سرزندگي تحصيلي با واسطه-گري خودشفقت ورزی دانشجويان انجام پذيرفت. شرکتکنندگان پژوهش شامل 294 نفر (152 دختر و 142 پسر) از دانشجويان مقطع کارشناسي دانشگاه شيراز بودند که بر اساس روش نمونه گيري خوشهاي چندمرحله اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. به منظور بررسي متغيرهاي پژوهش هر يک از شرکتکنندگان، مقياس سرزندگي تحصيلي، مقياس خودشفقت ورزی و سیاهة پنج عامل بزرگ شخصيت، را تکميل نمودند. اعتبار ابزارهاي پژوهش به وسيله ضريب آلفاي کرونباخ و روايي آنها به کمک روش همساني دروني و تحليل عامل تعيين شد. نتايج حاکي از روايي و اعتبار قابل قبول مقياس ها بود. نتایج تحلیل مسیر از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی با داده های این پژوهش برازش مناسبی دارد و چهار بعد از ابعاد پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت (برون-گرایی، روان آزردگی گرایی توافق پذیری و گشودگی به تجربه) پیش بینی کننده خودشفقت ورزی بود و همین ابعاد به واسطه خودشفقت ورزی بر سرزندگی تحصیلی اثر غیرمستقیم داشتند. نتایج بیانگر آن است که عوامل شخصیتی، سطح خودشفقت ورزی را پیشبینی و سرزندگی تحصیلی را تعیین میکند.
