ملخص المقالة :
امروزه در اغلب سازمانهاي مبتني بر پروژه، مديران پروژه با چالشها و مشکلات فراواني مواجه هستند. پروژهها فرآيندهاي راهبردي سازماني هستند که براي دستيابي به اهداف کسبوکار انجام ميشوند. پژوهشها حاکي از آن است که بسياري از سازمانها در اجراي پروژهها به اهداف از پيش تعيين شده کسبوکار، دست پيدا نميکنند. بنابراين، به منظور کاهش و کنترل اين چالشها در پروژهها بايستي رويکرد از مديريت سنتي به مديريت راهبردي تغيير يابد تا پاسخگوي بهينهسازي عملکرد و موفقيت يک پروژه گردد. مديريت راهبردي پروژه سازمانها را در جهت دستيابي بهتر به اهداف سازماني سوق ميدهد. در نتيجه، سازمانها بهمنظور دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي و عملکرد بهتر بايد یک چارچوب برنامهریزی و اجرایی مناسب، مطابق با رویکرد راهبردي داشته باشند. مدیران و تیمهای پروژه باید یاد بگیرند که چگونه به جنبههای کسبوکاری پروژهها و حمایت از راهبرد شرکت، بجای تمرکز سنتی بر دستيابي به اهداف زماني، بودجهاي و عملکردی توجه نمایند. در اين مقاله که با روش مطالعه کتابخانهای انجام شده است، توصيفي از مفهوم مديريت راهبردي پروژه و تفاوت آن با مديريت کلاسيک پروژه ارائه ميگردد. سپس مدلهاي مديريت راهبردي پروژه که به سازمانها در دستيابي به موفقيت پروژهها و خلق مزيت رقابتي کمک ميکند، بررسي شده است. در نهايت، نتيجهگيري شده است که سازمانها به منظور دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي، اطمينان از موفقيت پروژهها و عملکرد بهتر بايد به جنبههاي راهبردي مديريت پروژه توجه نمايند و فرآيندهاي مديريت راهبردي پروژه را در سازمان اجرا کنند.
