مقدمه ای بر طب دندان در اسب؛ ضرورت جدی توجه بیشتر

ملخص المقالة :
مشکلات دندانی یکی از مهمترین چالش های طب اسب بوده و توانایی مدیریت آنها تاثیر قابل توجهی بر عملکرد حیوان و سوددهی صنعت اسب دارد. بر اساس این قاعده کلی که پیشگیری بهتر از درمان است، در زمینه مراقبت از دندانها نیز می توان با اتخاذ یک برنامه مدون معاینه دهان و بررسی وضعیت دندانهای حیوان مشکلات را از مراحل ابتدایی تشخیص داده و اقدام به درمان کرد. در این ارتباط، نکات مربوط به معاینات بالینی دهان و دندان، تجهیزات و ابزارهای تشخیصی، مقیدسازی، ضایعات و آسیب های سایشی مورد بحث و بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت و در نهایت نیز گریزی به وضعیت کنونی دندانپزشکی اسب در کشور زده خواهد شد تا ضرورت های این مقوله بیش از پیش مورد توجه جدی قرار گیرد.
