واکاوی خردمندی به منظور توسعه آن در کارکنان آموزشی و ارائه مدل

هدف پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی خردمندی به منظور توسعه آن در کارکنان آموزشی(معلمان) و ارائه مدل بوده است. برای مطالعه از روش پژوهش آميخته استفاده شده است. محیط پژوهش را در بخش کمی، کلیه معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان محلات (تعداد 840 نفر) و در بخش کیفی کلیه معلمان شهرستان محلات به تعداد 70 نفر و مقالات و مستندات منتشر شده طی 20 سال گذشته (2021-2001) تشکیل داد. شیوه نمونه گیری در بخش کمی به شیوه خوشه ای تک مرحله ای-تصادفی به تعداد ( 237 نفر) و در بخش کیفی به شیوه هدفمند تا حد اشباع داده ها با 18 نفر تداوم یافت. برای تحلیل داده ها در بخش کمی از آزمون t تک نمونه ای و در بخش کیفی از روش کُدگذاری استفاده بعمل آمد. بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد، میانگین میزان خردمندی معلمان در حد متوسط است. مدل بهبودی خردمندی معلمان در بخش شرایط علّی تحت نام خیررسانی دارای 4 کُد محوری (مشارکت کننده، تسهیل کننده، حمایت کننده و کمک کننده، در بخش شرایط راهبردی تحت نام ایجاد تعادل فضای یادگیری دارای 6 کُد محوری ( داشتن قوه تشخیص، ایجاد تعادل میان محیط، وفاق یادگیری، ارتباط اثربخش، عقلانیت محوری، تجربه محوری)، در بخش شرایط زمینه ای تحت نام رتبه بندی معلمان دارای 3 کُد محوری ، در بخش شرایط مداخله ای تحت نام مشکلات زندگی فردی دارای 3 کُد محوری و در بخش پیامدها تحت نام کارآمدی تدریس دارای 3 کُد محوری بوده است.
The purpose of this study was to analyze wisdom in order to develop it in educational staff (teachers) and to present a model. Mixed research method has been used for the study. The research environment consisted of all education teachers in Mahallat city (840 people) in the quantitative section and 70 people in the qualitative section of all teachers in Mahallat city and articles and documents published during the last 20 years (2001-2021).The sampling method was continuous in the quantitative part with one-stage-random cluster method (237 people) and in the qualitative part in a targeted manner until the data saturation with 18 people. For data analysis, one-sample t-test was used in quantitative part and coding method was used in qualitative part. In general, the results showed that the average level of teachers' wisdom is moderate. Model of improving teachers' wisdom in the causal conditions section under the name of benevolence with 4 central codes, in the strategic conditions section under the name of balancing the learning space with 6 central codes, in the contextual section called teacher ranking with 3 central codes, in the intervention section called Individual life problems have 3 central codes and in the consequences section under the name of teaching efficiency, it has 3 central codes (power to influence students, class vitality, reduction of academic failure).
