تبیین اثر گذاری شرکت در رویدادهای فناورانه بر تاسیس و توسعه کسب و کارهای نوپا در استان خراسان شمالی

چکیده مقاله :
با افزایش اقبال به اقتصاد دانش بنیان، در سالهای اخیر شاهد رشد کمی و کیفی انواع رویدادهای فناورانه از قبیل استارت آپ ویکند، الکامپ، فیناپ و مانند در سالهای اخیر هستیم. رویدادهای فناورانه در راستای کمک به تاسیس و توسعه کسب و کارهای نوپا انجام می گردند. علیهذا این رویدادها هزینه و زمان قابل توجهی را به خود اختصاص می دهند در حالیکه به نظر می رسد کارآیی این رویدادها مورد بررسی دقیقی قرار نگرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثربخشی شرکت در این رویدادها در تاسیس و رشد کسب و کارهای نوپا بوده است. در این راستا با انجام یک پژوهش کیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند بر روی 8 شرکت مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری استان خراسان شمالی، به پنج تم اصلی رسیدیم. عوامل اصلی موثر بر کارآیی رویدادها از نظر مصاحبه شوندگان عبارت بود از کیفیت برگزاری رویداد (استفاده از متخصصین کسب و کار و افراد مهم در این رشته)، پیگیری برگزار کنندگان (کمک به پرورش ایده های برتر، کمک به تیم سازی و معرفی به مراکز رشد)، انگیزش شرکت کنندگان (افزایش انگیزه شرکت کنندگان در رویداد به منظور آغاز یک کسب و کار نوپا یا تقویت آن)، ارتباطات توسعه ای (تقویت شبکه سازی) و اصلاح تیم اولیه (اضافه شدن افرای با تخصص های مورد نیاز کسب و کار). در مجموع این پژوهش نشان داد رویدادهای فناورانه برگزار شده به شرط تامین کیفیت مورد نیاز روی تاسیس و رشد کسب و کار های نوپا تاثیرگذارند.
With increasing the attentions to knowledge-based economy, quality and quantity of different tech events, including Startup weekends, EleComps and Finups, has improved in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of attending such events in creation and development of startups. To do so, performing a qualitative research and using semi-structured interviews on 8 companies which were based in science and technology park of North Khoarsan province, 5 major themes were obtained. The most important factors determining the efficacy of the events were found to be the quality of the event, follow ups by the organizers, motivation of the attendants, developmental communication and modifying the primary core. In conclusion this study showed that the quality tech events can help create and develop the startups.
