چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر توانمندسازی کارکنان بر اشتراکگذاری دانش در سازمان پست و مخابرات شهر شیراز میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان پست و مخابرات شهر شیراز به تعداد 210 نفر بوده است. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفادهشده است ، که با توجه به تعداد جامعه ، حجم نمونه موردنیاز پژوهش 132 نفر تعیین شده است. از آنجائی که این تحقیق در یک ارگان واقعی صورت گرفته است و از نتایج آن می توان بهصورت عملی استفاده کرد این تحقیق از نوع هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی – پیمایشی قرار میگیرد که بیشترین جمعآوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه با متغیرهای اشتراکگذاری دانش و توانمندسازی حاصلشده است که از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفادهشده است. جهت بررسی روایی از روایی سازه و پایایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.799 تائید شد. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای جمعآوریشده از نرمافزار smart PLS استفاده گردید. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد که توانمندسازی کارکنان بر اشتراکگذاری دانش در سازمان پست و مخابرات شهر شیراز دانش تاثیر معنیدار دارد .
the present study aimed to investigate the effect of employee empowerment on knowledge sharing in Post and Telecommunication Company in Shiraz city. The statistical population consists of 210 people of all employees working in the PTC of Shiraz city. The sample size was determined 132 people according to Morgan table. Since this research discovers new facts and gives immediate answer to a question, it can be classified as an applied research by purpose. In addition, the Methodology approach to research is of descriptive-survey type that a standard questionnaire which its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.799) was used to collect the date. The smart PLS software was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that knowledge empowerment of employees on knowledge sharing has a significant impact on knowledge.
