The specific nature of cities in the Islamic world and their concepts and inclusive common characteristics indicate the influence of the Islamic culture and their relationship with religious teachings. Thus, the Islamic city is a term introducing the cities influenced by the Islamic culture and values. This article, relying on references in Quranic verses to various aspects of architecture and urban planning as well as on the opinions of the commentators and philologists, has extracted reviewed and analyzed the identifiers and components of city in view of the Holy Quran while not considering the verses related to the life of the saints and eternal life. In this context, information and data have been collected and studied through analytic descriptive approach. The Holy Quran in order to avoid unnecessary and harmful construction refers to attributes such as security, peace, respect and compliance with natural and climatic conditions in urban and worldly development while also considering the ideal, perfect and absolute aspects in the heavenly abode. The style of the Quran in explaining the attributes of constructions is stressing the qualitative aspects in providing human social shelters and places. Basically, though, religious teachings do not mention detailed criteria and specific guidelines in this respect. براي شناخت آثار كالبدي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و مديريتي آموزه‌های اسلام در شهرها و تبيين الگويي براي تمايز اين شهرها از ساير نمونه‌ها در دوره‌های مختلف، بررسي‌ها و تحقیقات متعددي انجام و تحليل‌هاي گوناگوني ارائه شده است که بخشي از آن، متوجه اشارات و نصوص متعدد دینی در باب امور آبادی و عمران شهری است. ماهيت خاص شهرهای حیطه جهان اسلام و جلوه مفاهیم و خصوصیات مشترک و فراگیر در آن‌ها، بيانگر شیوه نفوذ و حاكميت فرهنگ اسلام و ارتباط آن‌ها با آموزه‌هاي ديني است. از این‌رو شهر اسلامي، اصطلاحی است که به معرفي شهرهاي متأثر از فرهنگ و ارزش‌هاي اسلامي می‌پردازد. اين مقاله با تکیه بر اشارات آیات در مورد وجوه مختلف معماری و شهرسازی و با تکیه بر آراء مفسرین و لغت‌شناسان، شناسه‌ها و مؤلفه‌های شهر مورد نظر قرآن کریم را استخراج و مورد بازبینی و تحلیل قرار داده است و از پرداختن به آیاتی که ناظر بر شئون اولیاء الهی و زندگی اخروی است و تجویز آن در امور جاری دنیوی غیرممکن، پرهیز نموده است. در این راستا، اطلاعات و داده‌هاي موردنياز در اين تحقيق به روش اسنادي گردآوري و با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد مداقه و بررسی قرارگرفته‌اند. قرآن کریم باهدف پرهیز از ساخت‌وساز بیهوده و زیان‌بار، به صفاتی همچون امنیت، آرامش، حرمت و تطابق با شرایط طبیعی و اقلیمی در عمران شهری و دنیوی اشاره دارد که البته جنبه‌های آرمانی، متکامل و مطلق آن را نیز در سرای اخروی مورد توجه قرار می‌دهد. همچنین اسلوب قرآن در تبیین صفات ساخت‌وسازها، توجه به ابعاد کیفی در تأمین سرپناه و مکان اجتماع انسانی است و اصولاً آموزه‌های دینی از تعیین ضوابط جزئی و دستورالعمل‌های خاص خودداری نموده است. http://jiqs.ir/fa/Article/Download/36950
