It is important to study the Islamic-Iranian model for the development of human beings in the science of education. The Islamic-Iranian pattern is a theoretical model with normative function. This pattern can be presented in mathematical or logical language and it is necessary to use the methods of today's science to explain complex matters. Islamic-Iranian theory is a theory based on the principles of Islam's insight and within the framework of Islamic ethics and law and is in accordance with Iran's conditions. The study of Mulla Sadra's thoughts suggests that in the thought of Mulla Sadra, man has a vertical movement and flow in the levels of existence. Sadra's anthropology is the point of convergence between religious, ethical, philosophical and mystical anthropology, according to ontological and epistemological foundations, such as the originality of existence, the essential motion, etc., the comprehensiveness of man according to the different degrees and categories, which are the lowest Levels, ie, Jimdi, begin to the last stage, namely, immortality, rational thinking and rational perception. So it deserves to reach the highest degree of being or to be at the lowest level with the opportunity of burning. تعلیم و تربیت ‏یکی از موضوعاتی است که از دیرباز ‏در فلسفه های دینی و غیردینی ‏به آن توجه ویژه ای شده است.بررسی الگوی اسلامی- ایرانی جهت پرورش انسان در علم تعلیم و تربیت، حائز اهمیت است. الگوی اسلامی- ایرانی یک الگوی نظری با کارکرد هنجاری است.این الگو می تواند به زبان ریاضی یا منطقی ارائه شود و لازم است که در آن از روش های علم امروز ‏برای توضیح امور پیچیده استفاده شود. نظریه ی اسلامی- ایرانی نظریه ای است که بر اساس ‏مبانی بینشی اسلام و در چارچوب اخلاق و حقوق اسلامی و منطبق بر شرایط ایران است. بررسی اندیشه‌های ملاصدرا بیانگر آن است که در اندیشۀ ملاصدرا انسان، در مراتب وجود، حرکت و سیلان عمودی دارد. انسان شناسی صدرایی نقطه تلاقی انسان شناسی دینی، اخلاقی، فلسفی و عرفانی است، با توجه به مبانی هستی شناختی و معرفت شناختی، مانند اصالت و تشکیک وجود، حرکت جوهری و غیره، جامعیت انسان را با توجه به درجات ونشئه‌های گوناگون، که از پست ترین مراتب، یعنی جمادی آغاز و به آخرین مرحله یعنی، تجرد و تعقل و ادراک عقلی می‌رسد. بنابراین، این شایستگی را دارد که به بالاترین درجه هستی برسد یا با فرصت سوزی به پست ترین مراتب هستی گرفتار شود http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17541
