اعتباریابی مدل توسعه منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، اعتباریابی مدل طراحی شده توسعه منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب است. بر همین اساس از رویکرد آمیخته پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی عبارت از صاحبنظران و متخصصان حوزه توسعه منابع انسانی و بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب است که از بین اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه¬های کشور و با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند؛ 15 نفر بر اساس اشباع اطلاعاتی پژوهشگر مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز کارکنان بخش منابع انسانی وزارتخانه ها بوده اند که از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه¬ای تصادفی 372 نفر انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه پژوهش اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬های جمع¬آوری شده، در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد و در بخش کمی به دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد. طبق یافته های پژوهش در بررسی برازش مدل، حکایت از برازش مناسب مدل بود. پس از بررسی برازش مدل طراحی شده برای ارزیابی ابعاد اصلی مدل توسعه منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در تشریح ابعاد مشخص شدکه بُعد جامعه بیشترین نقش را در میان ابعاد مورد بررسی دارد و بعد از این بُعد، بُعد سازمانی قرار داشت. در انتهای این پیوستار نیز بُعد فردی ، در تشکیل ابعاد اصلی مدل توسعه منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب نقش معناداری ایفا نمود. بر اساس یافته¬های پژوهش، لزوم هماهنگی بین سیاست¬های توسعه منابع انسانی با سیاست¬های کشور از جمله خط¬مشی¬های ارائه شده در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب ضروری است و موجب تحقق اهداف توسعه منابع انسانی در کشور خواهد شد.
The purpose of the current research was to validate the designed model of human resources development based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. For this purpose, a mixed approach of exploratory research was used. The research community in the qualitative part consisted of experts and specialists in the field of human resources development and the statement of the second step of the revolution, who were among the university faculty members and were selected by purposeful sampling method. Accordingly, 15 individuals were interviewed until the data reached information saturation. In the quantitative part of the research, from the employees of the human resources department of the ministries, 372 individuals were selected through random stratified sampling and the research questionnaire was implemented. In the qualitative part the data was analyzed by qualitative content analysis method, and in the quantitative part the data analysis was conducted with descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS and Smart PLS software. According to the findings of the research in examining the fit of the model, there was a good fit of the model. After examining the fit of the model designed to evaluate the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution, it was found that the dimension of society plays the most important role among the dimensions examined, and after this dimension, there was the organizational dimension. At the end of this continuum, the individual dimension played a significant role in forming the main dimensions of the human resources development model based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. Based on the findings of the research, it is necessary to integrate the policies of human resources development with the policies of the country, including the policies presented in the statement of the second step of the revolution, which could lead to the realization of the goals of human resources development in the country.
