تبیین مدل تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان در راستای ارتقای توانمندیهای فناورانه در شرکتهای مستقر در پارکهای علم و فناوری

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه خلق ثروت از طریق تجاریسازی ایدههای و کسبوکارها نو به یک مقوله جدی و ضروری کشورها تبدیلشده است. کشوری که بهخوبی بتواند چرخه ایده تا محصول را پیادهسازی کند بیشک رشد اقتصادی خوبی خواهد داشت. پژوهش باهدف تبیین مدل تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان در راستای ارتقای توانمندیهای فناورانه در شرکتهای مستقر در پارکهای علم و فناوری صورتگرفته است. برایناساس، پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی بوده و بر مبنای طرح تحقیق توصیفی - پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران عامل شرکتهای مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری مازندران به تعداد 220 نفر بود که با استناد به فرمول کوکران، از بین آنها 140 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای با تخصیص متناسب انتخاب شدند. پس از توزیع و جمعآوریها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار SmartPLS3 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن است که عوامل علی 8/23 درصد، عوامل زمینهای 3/32 درصد و عوامل مداخلهگر 8/88 درصد از تغییرات تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان را تبیین میکند. همچنین عوامل زمینهای، عوامل مداخلهگر و تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان، تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر راهبردهای تجاریسازی و راهبردها نیز بر پیامدهای تجاریسازی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری داشته و باتوجهبه مقدار R2 برای متغیرهای تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان، راهبردهای تجاریسازی و پیامدها پیشبینی قوی برآورد شده است. نتایج بهدستآمده حاکی از تأثیر هر یک از متغیرهای مختلف بر تجاریسازی ایدههای دانشبنیان است، ازاینرو برای موفقیت در تجاریسازی، باید به آنها توجه ویژهای شود.
Today, creating wealth through the commercialization of new ideas and new businesses has become a serious and necessary category for countries. A country that can implement the cycle of idea to product will undoubtedly have a good economic growth. This study aims to explain the Commercialization Model of Knowledge-Based Ideas for Enhancement of Technological Capabilities in companies located in science and technology parks. Accordingly, the current research based on the objective is an applied research and is conducted on descriptive survey design. The statistical population consisted of all CEOs of companies based in Mazandaran Science and Technology Park, numbering 220 people. Based on the Cochran formula, 140 of them were selected through stratified random sampling method with proportional allocation. After distributing and collecting researcher-made questionnaires, Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS3 software were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that causal conditions, contextual conditions and intervening factors explain 23.8 percent, 32.3 percent and 88.8 percent of commercialization of knowledge-based ideas changes, respectively. Also, the effect of causal conditions, intervening factors and commercialization of knowledge-based ideas on commercialization strategies has been meaningful. Strategies have also had a positive and significant impact on commercialization outcomes. According to the R Square value for the variables of commercialization of knowledge-based ideas, commercialization strategies and consequences, strong prediction has been estimated. The obtained results indicate the effect of each of the different variables on the commercialization of knowledge-based ideas, Therefore, for success in commercialization, special attention should be paid to them.
