اولویتبندی صلاحیتهای حرفهای اساتید ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با روش تاپسیس فازی

انتخاب اساتید ریاضی در دانشگاهها مسئله مهمی است و استادان از ارکان اصلی دانشگاهها هستند و ارتقا کیفیت عملکرد آنها، منجر به ارتقای کیفیت رشته ریاضی دانشگاهها میشود. از فرایندهایی که بهمنظور این ارتقا کیفیت انجام میشود، ارزیابی و توسعه صلاحیتهای حرفهای اساتید ریاضی است. هدف از اجرای این تحقیق اولویتبندی صلاحیتهای حرفهای اساتید ریاضی دانشگاههای فرهنگیان کشور از طریق تاپسیس فازی است. تحقيق حاضر ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و ازنظر ماهيت و روش، تلفیقی از روشهای تحلیل محتوای اسنادی، توصيفي- تحليلـــــي است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق با توجه به استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، در بخش شناسایی مولفه ها شامل 12 نفر از خبرگان با تجربه ای است که در زمینه ریاضی فعال می باشند انتخاب گردید. متدولوژی این تحقیق بدین گونه است که در ابتدا با انجام مطالعه بر روی ادبیات موضوعی و پژوهش های مرتبط پیشین، 80 مؤلفه برای صلاحیتهای حرفهای اساتید ریاضی فهرست گردید، که پس از تهیه پرسشنامه و تکمیل کردن آن توسط خبرگان با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی به چهار مؤلفه و 13 زیرمولفه تلخیص شدند که این چهار مؤلفه بهصورت صلاحیت دانش حرفهای (با سه مشخصه)، صلاحیت توانایی حرفهای (با سه مشخصه)، صلاحیت مهارت حرفهای (با چهار مشخصه) و صلاحیت ویژگی حرفهای (با سه مشخصه) دستهبندی شدند. برای بررسی روایی محتوایی، پرسش نامه طراحی شده در اختیار اعضای خبرگان قرار گرفت و بر اساس نظرات اعلام شده، شاخص روایی محتوایی(CVI=0/90) و نسبت روایی محتوایی (CVR=0/87) محاسبه گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 تعیین شد. در مرحله دوم برای رتبهبندی صلاحیتهای انتخابشده تعداد پنج نفر از اساتید ریاضی دانشگاه فرهنگیان هرمزگان (پردیسهای شهید بهشتی و فاطمه الزهرا هرمزگان) بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند که میزان اهمیت هركدام از شاخصها را در یك پرســـــشنامه طراحیشده تعیین نمودهاند و سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس یافتهها صلاحیت دانش حرفه ای ، توانایی حرفه ای ، ویژگی حرفه ای و مهارت حرفه ای به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را داشتند و همچنین از بین زیر مؤلفهها دانش برقراری ارتباط، دانش تخصصی، مهارت تدریس و ویژگیهای اخلاقی بیشترین وزن دهی را به خود اختصاص دادند. با توجه به نتایج بیانشده میتوان دریافت که دانشگاههای فرهنگیان میتوانند جهت انتخاب صلاحیتهای حرفهای اساتید ریاضی خود از نتایج این تحقیق استفاده نمایند.
The selection of mathematics professors is an important issue for universities, since professors are the main pillars of the universities and improving the quality of their performance leads to the improvement of the universities’ educational quality.The aim of this study is to Prioritization of Professional Competencies of Mathematics lecturers of Farhangian University in Iran ,through topsis fuzzy. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose and is a combination of documentary content analysis and descriptive-analytical research in terms of nature and method. At first, the statistical population including all available domestic and foreign theoretical and research texts were selected and studied. In the second stage, to rank the selected competencies, five mathematics professors were purposefully selected from Farhangian University branches of Hormozgan province, who determined the importance of each of the indicators in a designed questionnaire that were assigned to them. The data were then analyzed, using TOPSIS fuzzy method.Based on the findings, knowledge competence, abilities competence, characteristics competence and skills competence were the most important competencies.According to the mentioned results, it can be understood that Farhangian universities can use the findings of this study to select the professional competencies of their mathematics professors.
