بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر استراتژیهای منابع انسانی با تأکید بر نقش واسطه ای توسعه حرفه ای و تسهیم دانش

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر استراتژیهای منابع انسانی با تأکید بر نقش واسطه ای توسعه حرفه ای و تسهیم دانش با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری است. بدین منظور، 230 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران منطقه 7 عملیات انتقال گاز ایران در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. آنان به پرسشنامه های آموزش، توسعه حرفه ای، تسهیم دانش و استراتژی های منابع انسانی پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش یادگیری محور تأثیر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری بر تسهیم دانش، توسعه حرفه-ای و استراتژی های منابع انسانی دارد. تأثیر مستقیم تسهیم دانش برتوسعه حرفه ای و استراتژی های منابع انسانی مثبت و معنادار است. تأثیر مستقیم توسعه حرفه ای بر استراتژی های منابع انسانی مثبت و معنادار است. تأثیر غیرمستقیم آموزش یادگیری محور بر استراتژی های منابع انسانی از طریق توسعه حرفه ای و تسهیم دانش مثبت و معنادار است. در مجموع یافته ها نقش آموزش، تسهیم دانش و توسعه حرفه ای بر استراتژی های منابع انسانی را مورد تأکید قرار می دهند.
The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of education on human resources strategies with emphasis on the intermediary role of professional development and knowledge sharing by structural equations. To do this, 230 employees and managers of district 7 of Gas transmission operation in Iran were participated in the present study. They responded questionnaires of education, professional development, knowledge sharing and human resources strategies. For data analysis, structural equations model with LISREL software was applied. The results showed that learning-oriented training has positive and significant direct effect on knowledge sharing, professional development and human resources strategies. There is a positive and significant direct effect of knowledge sharing on professional development and human resources strategies. There is an indirect, positive and significant effect of learning-oriented training on human resources strategies via professional development and knowledge sharing. Findings emphasized the role of education, knowledge sharing and professional development on human resources strategies.
