The concept of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has been considered as an important organizational philosophy to achieve more profits by reducing environmental and social risk. In fact, the environmental management with an emphasis on environmental protection is one of the most important issues of customers, stakeholders, governments, employees and competitors. The main aim of this research is to assess impact of sustainable supply chain management on performance of Fajr Jam Gas Refinery using balanced scorecard approach. The data for this research collected through the questionnaires that sent to 80 managers and expert of Fajr Jam Gas Refinery. To analyze the data, partial least squares (PLS) method and smart PLS-Graph software version 3 was used. The results reveals that sustainable supply chain management has a significant positive effect on performance of Fajr Jam Gas Refinery. Finally, some practical offers and strategies for managers and some suggestions for future research of researchers are provided.
