چکیده مقاله :
ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺘﻬﺎي ﺑـﻪ وﺟـﻮد آﻣـﺪه ﺑـﺮاي ﺗﺴـﻬﻴﻞ ﺗﺠـﺎري و اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﻤﻨﺪي در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﻬﺎن، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻧﻮﻳﻦ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت . اﺳﺖ از اﻳﻨﺮو ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻫﺎ روﻳﻜﺮد ﺧﻮد را از ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر ﺳﻨﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮي ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛـﺎر ﻧﻮﻳﻦ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻚ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﻳﻞ ﻛﺮده اﻟﻜ اﻧﺪ .ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎرﻫﺎي ﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻚ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠـﺖ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋـﻪ ﻣﺰاﻳﺎي وﻳﮋه اي ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻫﺎ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻣﻲ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﻳﮋه اي را ﺑـﻪ ﺳـﻤﺖ ﺧﻮد ﺟﻠﺐ ﻛﺮده اﻧﺪ .ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎي ﻛﻠﻴﺪي در ﻣﻮرد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل در زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻚ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻳﺠﺎد ﭼـﺎرﭼﻮﺑﻲ ﺑـﺮاي ورود دﻳﮕﺮ ﺷﺮﻛﺘﻬﺎ در اﻳﻦ زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻛﺎري ر ا ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﻲ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ .از ﺳﻮﻳﻲ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ، ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺮﻛﺘﻬﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻚ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ را ﻗﺎدر ﻣﻲ ﺳﺎزد ﺗﺎ ﺷﺮﻛﺘﻬﺎي ﺑﺮﺗﺮ را در ﻳﻚ ﻗﺎﻋﺪه ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺮده و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻛﻠﻴﺪي ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖ را در اﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻨﺪ و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺧﻮد را ﺑـﺎ ﺷـﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﺮﺗـﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ . ﻗﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ و راﻫﻜﺎرﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺮاي ﻛﺎﻫﺶ اﻳﻦ ﺷﻜﺎف ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آوردﻧﺪ در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ و ﻣﺴﺘﻨﺪات دﻗﻴﻖ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﭘﻴﺸـﻴﻦ، ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋـﻪ اي از ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ ﺑـﺮ ارزﻳـﺎﺑﻲ و رﺗﺒـﻪ ﺑﻨـﺪي ﻛﺴـﺐ و ﻛﺎرﻫـﺎي اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪه، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮات ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ اﻳﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ .ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دﻗﻴﻖ ﺗﺮ داده ﻫﺎ و رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﺗﺮ و در ﻋﻴﻦ ﺣﺎل ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺗﻲ ﺗﺮ از روش ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﻲ ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ و ﻗﺮار دادن آن ﻫﺎ در ﻳﻚ ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﻋـﺎم ﺗـﺮ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﻣـﻲ ﻛﻨـﻴﻢ .ﻣـﺪﻧﻈﺮ ﻗـﺮار دادن ﺧﻄﺎﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه ﻛـﻪ ﺑﺎﻳﺴـﺘﻲ در ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻮﺿـﻮع وارد ﺷـﻮﻧﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﻴﻦ ﭘﻴﭽﻴـﺪﮔﻲ در ﺑﺮﺧـﻲ از رواﺑـﻂ ﻣـﺎﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر وزن دﻫـﻲ ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫـﺎ از ﻣـﺪل ﺗﻮاﺑـﻊ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﻴﺮﻳﻢ .ﺟﻬﺖ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎرﻫﺎي اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎي در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه از روش ﺗﺤﻠﻴـﻞ ﺳﻠﺴـﻠﻪ ﻣﺮ (AHP) اﺗﺒـﻲ 1 ﻓـﺎزي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و در ﻧﻬﺎﻳـﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﻴـﻞ ﺣﺴﺎﺳـﻴﺘﻲ ﺑـﺮ ﻣﺒﻨـﺎي ﻣﻘـﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺧﻮش ﺑﻴﻨﻲ در رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ .
One of the most important opportunities in the world for facilitate trade and increase world competition is use the modern information technology and communication.Therefore, the company's approach of traditional business is changed to modern electronics. The electronic businesses are attractive because of special interests. Thus, in this situation other companies will be on framework with known keys about the active company's turnover . On the other hand, the companies are able to know superior companies in the logical situation and find the key success and also analysis their own company with superior company and find the solution to upgrade their own company by comparison and ranking of the active companies in the electronic business range. In this research we found the most important factors which are effectual on comparison and ranking that refers to expert person comments are recognized by profound reading and referring to some research sources and documents. Structural equation modeling are used because of Regarding to some measurement errors of observed variables and some difficulties between those variables. We used the fuzzy hierarchical analysis for the ranking and also doing sensitivity analysis
