چکیده مقاله :
بزرگان دین ما در طی قرون متمادی به ذکر ویژگی های نخبه و اخلاق نخبگی پرداخته اند و در این میان به ویژگی های نظیر: عبادت، علم و دانش، تفکّر و تعقّل، ولایت پذیری، حبّ الهی، تعهّد و مسئولیّت شناسی اجتماعی، معرفت و بصیرت، نقد و ارزیابی، عمل گرایی، عفّا و پاکدامنی، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، عدل و عدالت، راستی و راست گویی، مبارزه با ظلم و ستم، ریاستیزی، تقوی و پرهیزگاری، نفی تقلید کورکورانه، ایثار و از خودگذشتگی و تواضع و فروتنی اشاره کرده اند. نگارندگان در این مقاله به مواردی اشاره کرده اند که در آثار و شخصیّت هر سه (ناصرخسرو، قشیری و هجویری) مشاهده می شوند و نمونه دارند. پژوهش حاضر با بهره مندی از روش کیفی که مبتنی بر گردآوری اطّلاعات از منابع کتابخانه ای است، با هدف پاسخ گویی به اصلی ترین سؤال پژوهش، مبنی بر این که در راستای فرایند الگوسازی از نخبگان، چه ویژگی ها و خصوصیّات برجسته ای، مبیّن اخلاق نخبگی در متون اسلامی– ایرانی (در آثار ناصرخسرو، ابوالقاسم قشیری و علی جلّابی هجویری)، است، به انجام رسیده است.

The present study utilizes a qualitative method based on information gathering from library resources with the aim of answering the main research question that in the process of modeling of elites, what features and The prominent features that illustrate the elitism of ethics in Islamic-Iranian texts (in the works of Naser Khosrow, Abolqasem Ghashiri and Ali Jabbani Hojawiri) have been accomplished.
