Therefore, as a first step, by designing a cohesive entrepreneurial model and developing a proper educational program on creating cooperative businesses, we can foster a collaborative work spirit among students in the border regions of Sistan and Baluchestan province. This approach will acquaint them with the methods of launching entrepreneurial businesses in the cooperative sector of border areas, thus setting the stage for talent growth and changing perspectives from false jobs towards creating entrepreneurial businesses in the domain of cooperation and collaboration. Consequently, this research has been conducted within the framework of a qualitative grounded theory research design. The results of the research indicate that establishing and maintaining cooperatives in these areas not only creates employment for a large population of border residents but also helps to achieve social and economic justice and fosters work motivation among the local population for indigenous entrepreneurship. Designing a cohesive entrepreneurial model and developing a proper educational program on creating cooperative businesses can nurture the spirit of collaborative work among students and introduce them to methods of launching entrepreneurial businesses in the cooperative sector of border areas.</p> <p>آموزش&zwnj;کارآفرینی&zwnj; به&zwnj; دانش&zwnj;آموزان،&zwnj;&zwnj; آموزش ایجاد&zwnj; کسب&zwnj;وکارهای بخش تعاونی و شناسایی فرصت&zwnj;های کارگروهی و مشارکتی در مناطق مرزی می&zwnj;تواند از عوامل مهم در ایجاد نگرش دانشآموزان به سمت ایجاد کسب&zwnj;وکارهای بخش تعاونی در مناطق مرزی به شمار آید. لذا می&zwnj;توان در گام اول با طراحی یک الگوی کارآفرینی منسجم و تدوین یک برنامه صحیح آموزشی در زمینه&zwnj;ایجاد کسب&zwnj;وکارهای بخش تعاون، ضمن پرورش روحیه کار مشارکتی در دانشآموزان مناطق مرزی استان سیستان و بلوچستان، آن&zwnj;ها را با روش&zwnj;های راه&zwnj;اندازی کسب&zwnj;وکارهای کارآفرینانه در بخش تعاونی مناطق مرزی آشنا ساخت و زمینه را برای رشد استعدادها و تغییر نگرش&zwnj;ها از مشاغل کاذب به سمت ایجاد کسب&zwnj;وکارهای کارآفرینانه در حوزه تعاون و همکاری فراهم کرد. ازاین&zwnj;رو پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب طرح پژوهشی کیفی نظریه&zwnj;پردازی داده&zwnj;بنیاد انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است كه ایجاد و حفظ تعاونی&zwnj;ها در این مناطق ضمن ایجاد اشتغال برای جمعیت كثیری از ساکنین مناطق مرزی، كمک به تأمین عدالت اجتماعی و اقتصادی و همچنین ایجاد انگیزهكاری در میان مردم منطقه به&zwnj;منظورکارآفرینی بومی محلی را به همراه دارد. طراحی یک الگوی کارآفرینی منسجم و تدوین یک برنامه صحیح آموزشی در زمینه &zwnj;ایجاد کسب&zwnj;وکارهای بخش تعاون، می&zwnj;تواند ضمن پرورش روحیه کار مشارکتی در دانشآموزان، آنها را با روش&zwnj;های راه&zwnj;اندازی کسب&zwnj;وکارهای کارآفرینانه در بخش تعاونی مناطق مرزی آشنا ساخت.</p>
