The research method is descriptive and correlational, and the statistical population of research includes experts in the electronic banking field and technology transfer in this industry. At first, the technology transfer model was identified based on 9 components. In order to validate, identify internal relationships and explain the model implementation cycle, the 17 experts’ opinions were used. Model validation was done through confirmatory factor analysis, and to measure components’ internal relationships, the factor correlation coefficients of the components were used. In order to identify the model implementation cycle, interpretive structural modeling was used. The results showed that except for the transfer of technical knowledge, other components of the model had two-way relationships with each other. The results of the analysis of the interpretive structural model of the components showed that the implementation cycle of the technology transfer model in electronic banking consists of: research and development, identification of technology needs, negotiation, transfer plan presentation, infrastructure providing, operational knowledge acquisition, technical knowledge implementation, technical knowledge transfer and updating هدف از انجام این پژوهش تبیین چرخه پیاده‌سازی مدل انتقال تکنولوژی در صنعت بانکداری بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و همبستگی است و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان حوزه بانکداری الکترونیک و انتقال تکنولوژی در این صنعت است. برای این منظور، ابتدا مدل انتقال تکنولوژی در بانکداری الکترونیک بر پایه 9 مولفه شناسایی شد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، شناسایی روابط درونی و تبیین چرخه پیاده‌سازی مدل، از نظرات 17 خبره در صنعت بانکداری الکترونیک بهره گرفته شد. اعتبارسنجی مدل از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی انجام شد و برای سنجش روابط درونی مولفه‌ها از برآورد ضرایب همبستگی عاملی مولفه‌ها استفاده شد. برای تشخیص چرخه پیاده‌سازی مدل، از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که بجز انتقال دانش فنی، سایر اجزای مدل دارای روابط دوسویه با یکدیگر بوده‌اند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مدل ساختاری تفسیری مولفه‌ها نشان داد که چرخه پیاده‌سازی مدل انتقال تکنولوژی در بانکداری الکترونیک به ترتیب عبارت است از: تحقیق و توسعه، شناسایی نیازهای فناوری، مذاکره، ارائه طرح انتقال، تأمین زیرساخت‌ها، کسب دانش عملیاتی، پیاده‌سازی دانش فنی، انتقال دانش فنی و بروزرسانی. http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/42363
