This was an applied study in terms of purpose and mixed-exploratory in terms of data collection. The study consisted of a qualitative phase to identify and level the influential factors of the educational process based on the entrepreneurial approach, and also a quantitative phase to determine the effects of the variables and their leveling. Sampling was purposive in both quantitative and qualitative phases using the snowball method. In the qualitative part, first, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 20 academic and organizational experts, including industrial experts such as education custodians (supervisors and heads of education), with the aim of identifying the influential factors. In the quantitative analysis section, the DEMATEL method was applied to determine the influence of the variables, and in the next step, structural-interpretive modeling was used to determine the levels of the factors. The DEMATEL questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and the effect of the factors was extracted using DEMATEL modeling. The research results yielded 15 key factors in the educational process based on the entrepreneurial approach, which were classified into nine levels. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و سطح&zwnj;بندی عوامل موثر بر فرایند آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد کارآفرینانه در صنعت خودرو سازی ایران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات، آمیخته-اکتشافی است. این پژوهش دارای یک بخش کیفی برای شناسایی و سطح&zwnj;بندی عوامل موثر در فرایند آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد کارآفرینانه و یک بخش کمی برای تعیین تاثیرات متغیرها و سطح&zwnj;بندی آنها است. روش نمونه&zwnj;گیری در هر دو بخش کمی و کیفی، به&zwnj;صورت هدفمند و با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، ابتدا از مصاحبه نيمه&zwnj;ساختاريافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و سازمانی شامل خبرگان صنعتی مانند متولیان آموزش (سرپرستان  و روسای آموزش)  برای شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار استفاده شده است. در بخش تحليل کمی نیز برای تعیین میزان تاثیرگذاری متغیرها از روش دیمتل و در مرحله بعد، جهت تعیین سطوح عوامل از مدل&zwnj;سازی ساختاری- تفسيری استفاده شده است. به این منظور پرسش&zwnj;نامه دیمتل در اختيار 10 نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت و با استفاده از مدل&zwnj;سازی دیمتل، ميزان تاثير عوامل محاسبه شد. نتایج تحقیق، 15 عامل مهم را در فرایند آموزش مبتنی بر رویکرد کارآفرینانه نشان داد، و مجموع  اين عوامل در نه سطح طبقه&zwnj;بندی شدند.
