In the meantime it has been accelerated by rapid progresses in technology. This research attempts to study the implementation feasibility of education through mobile as one of subsets of distance education in Tehran municipality. Statistical population of the research was consisted of financial and administrative staff in Tehran municipality. 330 persons were selected among the statistical population as the sample size randomly. The tool for data collection was questionnaire which its validity and reliability has confirmed by standard methods. The single-sample T-test and Friedman test were used for analyzing the data. The results show that Tehran municipality has essential preparation for education implementation through mobile respectively from learner, social and instrumental aspects. نیازهای متنوع و متعدد آموزشی سازمان‌ها از یک سو و هزینه‌های بالا و صرف زمان زیاد برای آموزش از سوی دیگر باعث شده است که هرچه بیشتر روش‌هاي نوين آموزش و از جمله آموزش‌های از راه دور مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این میان پیشرفت‌های سریع تکنولوژی به این امر سرعت بخشیده است. در این تحقیق سعی بر آن است که امکان پیاده‌سازی آموزش از طریق موبایل به عنوان یکی از زیر مجموعه‌های آموزش از راه دور، در شهرداری تهران مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کارکنان مالی و اداری شهرداری تهران تشکیل می‌دهند که تعداد 330 نفر از میان آن‌ها به عنوان حجم نمونه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه می‌باشد که روایی و پایایی آن از طریق روش‌های استاندارد مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. از آزمون tتک نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد شهرداری تهران به ترتیب اولویت از جنبه یادگیرنده، ابزاری و اجتماعی، آمادگی لازم برای پیاده‌سازی آموزش موبایلی را دارد. تغيير پارادايم آموزش و بهسازي امکان‌سنجی آموزش از طریق موبایل FRAMEمدل شهرداری تهران http://istd.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/29289
